張集礦深井馬頭門圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析與支護(hù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國煤炭開采深度的不斷加大,礦井多呈現(xiàn)出工程地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、地壓大等特點(diǎn)。由于深井馬頭門位處礦井咽喉部位,設(shè)計(jì)斷面大,連接硐室多,在施工過程中,圍巖反復(fù)受到擾動(dòng),因此,深井馬頭門破壞的現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生,嚴(yán)重影響著建井速度和礦井安全。針對這一技術(shù)難題,論文以淮南礦業(yè)集團(tuán)張集煤礦深部井馬頭門為工程背景,進(jìn)行了深井馬頭門圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析和支護(hù)技術(shù)研究工作。 首先,根據(jù)巖石力學(xué)原理,對煤礦深井馬頭門圍巖應(yīng)力和變形特性進(jìn)行了分析,得到其分布規(guī)律,同時(shí)分析了圍巖與支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)共同作用原理,為支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,在分析張集煤礦深部井馬頭門的工程地質(zhì)條件基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了主要巖石的物理力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)和圍巖松動(dòng)圈測試,得到了巖石主要力學(xué)指標(biāo)和圍巖松動(dòng)圈大小。據(jù)此,根據(jù)支護(hù)原理,對馬頭門進(jìn)行了支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),得到了初步支護(hù)方案。 然后,通過數(shù)值模擬方法,建立了張集煤礦深部井馬頭門圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析模型,通過計(jì)算分析,提出了馬頭門優(yōu)化支護(hù)方案,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化方案更能確保深部井馬頭門圍巖穩(wěn)定和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)安全。 最后,通過工程應(yīng)用和現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,采用的優(yōu)化支護(hù)方案可確保張集煤礦深部井馬頭門的圍巖穩(wěn)定和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)安全。
[Abstract]:With the increasing depth of coal mining in China, the engineering geological conditions are complex and the ground pressure is large.Because the deep well horse head gate is located in the throat of the mine, the design section is large, and there are many connecting chambers, during the construction process, the surrounding rock is repeatedly disturbed, therefore, the damage phenomenon of the deep well horse head door occurs from time to time, which seriously affects the construction speed and the mine safety.In view of this technical problem, this paper takes Zhangji coal mine deep well horse head door as the engineering background, carries on the deep well horse head door surrounding rock stability analysis and the support technology research work.Firstly, according to the principle of rock mechanics, the stress and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of deep coal mine Maotou gate are analyzed, and its distribution law is obtained. At the same time, the working principle of surrounding rock and supporting structure is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for supporting design.Secondly, based on the analysis of the engineering geological conditions of Matou Gate in deep well of Zhangji Coal Mine, the physical and mechanical properties of the main rocks and the loosening circle of the surrounding rock are tested, and the main mechanical indexes of the rock and the size of the loosening circle of the surrounding rock are obtained.According to the support principle, the support design of the horse head door is carried out, and the primary support scheme is obtained.Then, through numerical simulation method, the stability analysis model of surrounding rock in deep well of Zhangji coal mine is established. Through calculation and analysis, the optimum supporting scheme of horse head gate is put forward. The calculation results show that,The optimization scheme can ensure the stability of surrounding rock and the safety of supporting structure.Finally, through engineering application and field monitoring results, it is shown that the optimized support scheme can ensure the stability of surrounding rock and the safety of supporting structure of the Maotou gate in deep well of Zhangji coal mine.
