煤層頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煤層頂板冒落、底板鼓起,是煤炭生產(chǎn)中常見(jiàn)的現(xiàn)象,它們不僅影響煤礦的安全生產(chǎn),同時(shí)威脅礦井工作人員的人身安全。這兩種現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生都與煤層頂?shù)装宓姆(wěn)定性相關(guān),隨著深層煤層的開(kāi)采,它們出現(xiàn)的規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,頻率越來(lái)越高,因此開(kāi)展煤層頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的研究對(duì)煤礦安全高效生產(chǎn)具有十分重要的意義。從煤層頂?shù)装宓某练e特征、構(gòu)造特征、巖體物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)三方面出發(fā),研究了巖性、巖層組合、斷層、褶皺、裂隙、節(jié)理、巖石力學(xué)強(qiáng)度等因素對(duì)頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性的影響,采用科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)原則,建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,最后選用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行煤層頂?shù)装宓姆(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)。采用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立了數(shù)據(jù)模型,基于Java語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)了 C/S模式下的煤層頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆孔資料的科學(xué)管理、頂?shù)装逯鶢顖D的自動(dòng)繪制以及頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性的自動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)等功能。以金華山煤礦為例,介紹了系統(tǒng)中煤層頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)的詳細(xì)過(guò)程。與前人的研究成果對(duì)比可得,系統(tǒng)中的頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論是可靠的。此外,實(shí)例驗(yàn)證表明,從頂?shù)装宓某练e特征、構(gòu)造特征、巖體物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)三方面評(píng)價(jià)頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性是可行的,模糊綜合評(píng)判法是預(yù)測(cè)煤層頂?shù)装宸(wěn)定性的一種科學(xué)的方法,并且本系統(tǒng)是穩(wěn)定的、實(shí)用性能高。
[Abstract]:Coal seam roof caving and floor bulging are common phenomena in coal production. They not only affect the safety of coal production, but also threaten the personal safety of mine workers.The occurrence of these two phenomena is related to the stability of the roof and floor of the coal seam. With the mining of the deep coal seam, they appear on a larger scale and more frequently.Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the stability evaluation system of coal seam roof and floor for coal mine safety and efficient production.In this paper, the influence of lithology, rock assemblage, fault, fold, fissure, joint and rock mechanical strength on the stability of roof and floor is studied from three aspects: sedimentary characteristics, structural characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of rock mass.Based on the scientific evaluation principle, the evaluation index system is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the stability of coal seam roof and floor.The data model is established by using MySQL database, and the evaluation system of coal seam roof and floor stability under C / S mode is developed based on Java language, which realizes the scientific management of borehole data.Automatic drawing of top and bottom bar drawing and automatic evaluation of top and bottom plate stability.Taking Jinhuashan coal mine as an example, the detailed process of stability evaluation of coal seam roof and floor in the system is introduced.Compared with the previous research results, the results of the stability evaluation of the roof and bottom plate in the system are reliable.In addition, the example shows that it is feasible to evaluate the stability of roof and floor from three aspects of sedimentary characteristics, structural characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of rock mass, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a scientific method to predict the stability of coal seam roof and floor.And this system is stable, practical performance is high.
