【摘要】：本文在總結(jié)他人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，，圍繞尾礦壩筑壩流程安全管理問(wèn)題，對(duì)與其相關(guān)的理論、技術(shù)和實(shí)踐方法等方面做了較全面的研究工作，并結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例提出具有可操作性的管理方案。 本文特色及主要內(nèi)容如下： （1）對(duì)尾礦庫(kù)及尾礦壩相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并對(duì)尾礦壩各種壩型筑壩方式進(jìn)行歸納，進(jìn)而將安全管理理論應(yīng)用至尾礦壩筑壩過(guò)程中。 （2）在他人的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)尾礦庫(kù)主要設(shè)施如初期壩、堆積壩和副壩的安全狀態(tài)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納，并進(jìn)一步對(duì)尾礦庫(kù)筑壩環(huán)節(jié)相關(guān)安全理論進(jìn)行分析。 （3）結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例，對(duì)尾礦壩建設(shè)期和運(yùn)行期的筑壩流程安全管理方式進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并對(duì)尾礦壩筑壩過(guò)程中安全監(jiān)測(cè)方法進(jìn)行說(shuō)明，并提出具有可操作性的管理方案。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the research results of others, this paper makes a comprehensive research on the theory, technology and practical methods related to the safety management of tailings dam construction process. An operable management scheme is put forward with concrete engineering examples. The features and main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) summarize the related concepts of tailings dam and tailing dam, and sum up various dam construction methods of tailings dam, and then apply the safety management theory to the process of tailings dam dam construction. 2) on the basis of others' research results, the safety state theory of main facilities such as initial dam, stacking dam and auxiliary dam is summarized, and the relevant safety theory of dam construction link of tailing dam is further analyzed. Combined with concrete engineering examples, this paper summarizes the safety management mode of dam construction process during the construction and operation period of tailings dam, and explains the safety monitoring method in the dam construction process of tailings dam, and puts forward an operable management scheme.
