爆破動載下強沖擊危險巷道錨桿軸力定量損失規(guī)律的試驗研究

【摘要】:針對目前沖擊地壓礦井卸壓爆破參數(shù)常不合理導(dǎo)致支護(hù)損傷,降低防沖效果的問題,采用錨桿無損檢測系統(tǒng)在井下強沖擊危險巷道進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場原位試驗研究,定量化分析了爆破動載下錨桿軸向工作阻力的定量損失規(guī)律。通過分析,獲得了不同藥量的爆破導(dǎo)致錨桿軸力損失的影響程度及空間范圍。發(fā)現(xiàn)了爆破藥量不小于6 kg時,隨至震源距離的增大錨桿軸力的平均損失率基本呈乘冪關(guān)系衰減,但也存在局部突增的可能。同時爆破下錨桿軸力損失是與錨桿方位相關(guān)的,距震源越近與錨桿方位的相關(guān)性越顯著。隨著爆破藥量的增大錨桿軸力損失率升高,藥量越大升高速度越快。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),眾多影響因素中至震源的距離和錨桿方位只是表層因素,而爆破藥量和煤體性質(zhì)才是核心因素,并且核心因素間也存在相互影響。綜合考慮爆破下錨桿軸力損失規(guī)律以及煤層爆破的卸壓效果,優(yōu)化了內(nèi)蒙某礦強沖擊危險巷道爆破卸壓參數(shù),現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果理想。由此建立了沖擊地壓礦井煤層卸壓爆破參數(shù)優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)場原位試驗方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the parameters of pressure-relief blasting often lead to the damage of support and reduce the effect of anti-scour at present, the in-situ test and study of rock bolt nondestructive testing system is carried out in the underground roadway with strong impact and danger. Quantitative analysis is made on the law of quantitative loss of axial working resistance of anchor rod under blasting dynamic load. Through the analysis, the influence degree and space range of axial force loss of anchor rod caused by blasting with different explosive amount are obtained. It is found that the blasting charge quantity is not less than 6 kg. With the increase of the distance from the earthquake source, the average loss rate of the axial force of the bolt decreases in a power relationship, but there is a possibility of local sudden increase. At the same time, the loss of the axial force of the anchor rod is related to the orientation of the anchor rod under blasting. The closer the earthquake source is, the more significant the correlation between the anchor rod orientation and the explosive source is. With the increase of blasting charge, the rate of loss of axial force of anchor rod increases, the larger the charge quantity is, the faster the increase speed is. Through analysis, it is found that, The distance from the source to the earthquake source and the orientation of the anchor rod are only surface factors, but the blasting charge and the nature of the coal body are the core factors. Considering the law of bolt axial force loss under blasting and the pressure relief effect of coal seam blasting, the blasting pressure relief parameters of a strong impact dangerous roadway in Inner Mongolia are optimized. The field application effect is ideal, and a field in situ test method is established to optimize the blasting parameters of the coal seams under the impact ground pressure.
