目的:BsmI是被廣泛研究的維生素D受體基因其中一個位點。目前,國外已有許多關(guān)注BsmI位點與結(jié)直腸癌易感性關(guān)系的研究,但由于樣本量不同、種族差異,使得維生素D受體BsmI位點的多態(tài)性與結(jié)直腸癌之間的易感性關(guān)系的研究仍然存在著較大的爭議。為了減少各項研究間的偏倚,本研究通過Meta分析的方法,以確定維生素D受體基因BsmI位點與結(jié)直腸的發(fā)生發(fā)展是否具有關(guān)系,并對結(jié)果加以分析。方法:計算機檢索美國國家醫(yī)學圖書館的Pubmed數(shù)據(jù)庫、EMBASE、Medline、Embase、中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻服務系統(tǒng)（SinoMed）、萬方（Wanfang）數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普網(wǎng)。檢索時間截止至2017年10月國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)表的關(guān)于VDR BsmI位點基因多態(tài)性與結(jié)直腸癌遺傳易感性關(guān)系的病例對照研究的文獻。由兩位研究者獨立篩選文獻、提取資料并評價納入研究的偏倚風險后,采用Review Manager 5.3.3軟件對納入的文獻進行異質(zhì)性檢驗,經(jīng)Meta分析計算合并OR值及其95%CI。結(jié)果:共納入10個病例對照研究,最終病例組共納入樣本量數(shù)目為8464例,對照組共納入樣本量數(shù)目為9037例。Meta...
