【摘要】:【目的】KFB(Kelch containing F-box protein)是普遍存在于各種生物體中含有F-box結(jié)構(gòu)域的一類家族蛋白,參與眾多生物過程。本研究旨在開展陸地棉KFB家族基因鑒定和表達分析!痉椒ā坷蒙镄畔W(xué)方法從陸地棉(TM-1)基因組中鑒定KFB家族成員,與已知的擬南芥、水稻、大豆等KFB蛋白序列構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)進化樹;進一步針對第Ⅱ亞族進行基因結(jié)構(gòu)、染色體定位和表達分析!窘Y(jié)果】從陸地棉基因組共鑒定出150個KFB家族成員,進化分析表明這些基因可分為7個亞族。陸地棉KFB第Ⅱ亞族24個基因分布在14條染色體上,有9對直系同源基因;該亞族基因結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,半數(shù)基因只有1個外顯子;qRT-PCR結(jié)果表明,該亞族基因具有較為廣泛的組織表達模式,但在不同組織的表達存在差異!窘Y(jié)論】這些結(jié)果顯示陸地棉KFB第Ⅱ亞族基因在進化過程中出現(xiàn)了功能分化。
[Abstract]:[objective] KFBK Kelch containing F-box protein is a kind of family protein which contains F-box domain in a variety of organisms and is involved in many biological processes. The purpose of this study was to identify and express the KFB gene of Upland cotton. [methods] the KFB family members were identified from the genome of TM-1 by bioinformatics, and the KFB family members were identified with the known Arabidopsis thaliana and rice.
