【摘要】：新生兒父母之間對(duì)于基因篩查的價(jià)值理解和價(jià)值選擇存在很大很多差異,在此稱其為類似于基因位點(diǎn)的價(jià)值位點(diǎn)。面對(duì)新生兒出生缺陷的現(xiàn)實(shí),新生兒父母有著參加和接受新生兒基因篩查的行動(dòng)自覺(jué);對(duì)基因篩查結(jié)果,新生兒父母的期待充滿矛盾;面對(duì)篩查結(jié)果,有的新生兒父母可能會(huì)懷疑、否定;知曉篩查結(jié)果后,有的新生兒父母會(huì)知情恐懼、拒絕,甚至?xí)至咽降淖坟?zé);新生兒父母希望醫(yī)院、政府、社會(huì)以及家庭都能在政策和輿論等方面給予他們更多的實(shí)際支持。
[Abstract]:There are many differences in the value understanding and value selection of genetic screening between parents of newborns, which are referred to as value loci similar to gene loci. Parents of newborns have the initiative to participate in and accept genetic screening of newborns; their expectations for the results of genetic screening are full of contradictions; in the face of the results of screening, some parents of newborns may suspect, deny, and know the results of screening. Some parents of newborns know fear, refuse, and even split their responsibilities; they want hospitals, governments, society and families to give them more practical support in policy and public opinion.
