離心式壓縮機(jī)振動(dòng)故障現(xiàn)象分析及處理

【摘要】:離心式壓縮機(jī)日常運(yùn)行過(guò)程中非常典型的故障就是由于機(jī)組振動(dòng)而引起的機(jī)械故障。機(jī)組振動(dòng)輕則會(huì)縮短壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)間、減少壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行壽命甚至裝置非計(jì)劃停工,造成非必要經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,重則壓縮機(jī)部件損壞或人身傷害事故而造成重大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。鑒于振動(dòng)故障對(duì)壓縮機(jī)日常運(yùn)行的嚴(yán)重危害性,必須對(duì)離心式壓縮機(jī)的振動(dòng)原因及特征進(jìn)行深入分析,對(duì)產(chǎn)生機(jī)組振動(dòng)的機(jī)理要進(jìn)行深入的研究,探索出能夠準(zhǔn)確判斷振動(dòng)故障的方法,不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而指導(dǎo)壓縮機(jī)的工藝操作、日常檢修及維護(hù)保養(yǎng),避免或減少振動(dòng)故障的發(fā)生。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)三種型號(hào)壓縮機(jī)三種故障現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,針對(duì)葉輪斷裂、可傾瓦塊設(shè)計(jì)缺陷、低頻振動(dòng)三種故障現(xiàn)象,從理論上對(duì)故障現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并對(duì)葉輪強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行建模校核,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的辦法,對(duì)相應(yīng)的故障現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行檢修處理,達(dá)到了一定效果,對(duì)今后同類型振動(dòng)故障提供了一些處理思路和方法。
[Abstract]:The typical failure of centrifugal compressor in daily operation is the mechanical fault caused by the vibration of the unit. The light vibration of the unit will shorten the running time of the compressor, reduce the service life of the compressor and even the unplanned shutdown of the unit, resulting in unnecessary economic losses, heavy damage to the compressor components or personal injury, resulting in significant economic losses. In view of the serious harm of vibration fault to the daily operation of compressor, the vibration reasons and characteristics of centrifugal compressor must be deeply analyzed, and the mechanism of generating unit vibration should be deeply studied. In order to guide the process operation, daily maintenance and maintenance of compressor, the vibration failure can be avoided or reduced by exploring the method of accurately judging the vibration fault and summarizing the experience constantly, so as to guide the process operation, daily maintenance and maintenance of the compressor. Based on the systematic analysis of three kinds of fault phenomena of three types of compressors, this paper analyzes in detail three kinds of fault phenomena, such as impeller fracture, design defect of tilting tile block, low frequency vibration, and so on, according to the breakdown of impeller, design defect of tilting tile block and low frequency vibration. With the method of combining theory and practice, the corresponding fault phenomena are overhauled and treated, and some results are achieved. Some ideas and methods for dealing with the same type of vibration faults in the future are provided.
