油煤漿調(diào)節(jié)閥閥桿扭矩成因分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:用Solidworks建立油煤漿調(diào)節(jié)閥的三維實(shí)體模型,通過對閥桿機(jī)構(gòu)的扭矩作用分析,應(yīng)用CFX流體分析軟件對流道內(nèi)介質(zhì)在不同壓力下的流動(dòng)進(jìn)行仿真,研究調(diào)節(jié)閥扭矩產(chǎn)生的原因.以減小扭矩為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),對調(diào)節(jié)閥閥芯及填料結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn),為調(diào)節(jié)閥的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考方案.
[Abstract]:The three-dimensional solid model of oil and coal slurry regulating valve was established by Solidworks. By analyzing the torque of valve stem mechanism and using CFX fluid analysis software, the flow of medium in flow channel under different pressure was simulated, and the reason of torque generation of regulating valve was studied. With the aim of reducing torque, the valve core and packing structure are optimized and improved, which provides a reference for the optimal design of the control valve.
