泵的裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:泵屬于通用機(jī)械,在水利工程、化工和石油等國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)部門中用途很廣。由于傳輸介質(zhì)的特點(diǎn),化工生產(chǎn)用泵本身必須能適應(yīng)高低壓、高低轉(zhuǎn)速以及強(qiáng)腐蝕性等特殊條件。由于裝配方案和裝配質(zhì)量對(duì)于泵的功能、性能以及可靠性有著較大影響,這對(duì)泵的裝配規(guī)劃提出了較高要求。裝配評(píng)價(jià)可為泵的裝配規(guī)劃提供依據(jù),從而得到較優(yōu)的裝配序列。裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)不僅對(duì)產(chǎn)品的裝配序列進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),而且對(duì)裝配過(guò)程因素進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)。裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)是裝配技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域中的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn),其核心問(wèn)題是裝配序列的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇。 本文對(duì)泵的裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究,從裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立、評(píng)價(jià)方法選擇、實(shí)例研究和評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)等方面闡述了泵的裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,旨在為泵的裝配規(guī)劃和自動(dòng)化裝配提供依據(jù)和參考。 首先,,針對(duì)泵的裝配過(guò)程和裝配工藝特點(diǎn),建立了裝配操作方便性、裝配精度保證性、裝配工藝簡(jiǎn)單性和裝配可行性4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)下的20個(gè)二級(jí)裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 其次,采用層次分析法(AHP)合理地確定各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。對(duì)于部分定量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),給出了相應(yīng)的隸屬度計(jì)算公式。采用基于最優(yōu)參考集或模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法,得到待評(píng)價(jià)序列在其余評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)下的隸屬度。 再次,利用上述評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)方法,分別對(duì)CB型齒輪泵、FS型單級(jí)離心泵和D型分段式多級(jí)離心泵的裝配過(guò)程進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究,分別選擇幾種具有代表性的裝配序列進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),完成對(duì)泵的裝配過(guò)程綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 最后,利用VB開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)交互。按照指定的算法,可以處理一些復(fù)雜的計(jì)算問(wèn)題,大大地提高了計(jì)算效率,為裝配過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)提供了一種工具和平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Pump is a general-purpose machinery, in hydraulic engineering, chemical and petroleum sectors of the national economy in a wide range of applications. Because of the characteristics of transport medium, the pump for chemical production must be able to adapt to the special conditions such as high and low pressure, high and low rotational speed and strong corrosion. The assembly scheme and assembly quality have great influence on the function, performance and reliability of the pump, which puts forward higher requirements for the assembly planning of the pump. Assembly evaluation can provide basis for assembly planning of pump and obtain better assembly sequence. Assembly process evaluation not only evaluates the product assembly sequence, but also evaluates the assembly process factors. Assembly process evaluation is a difficult and hot topic in the research field of assembly technology, and the core problem is the evaluation and selection of assembly sequence. In this paper, the assembly process evaluation of the pump is studied, and the evaluation problems of the pump assembly process are expounded from the following aspects: the establishment of the evaluation index system, the selection of the evaluation method, the case study and the development of the evaluation system. The purpose is to provide basis and reference for assembly planning and automatic assembly of pumps. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the assembly process and assembly process of the pump, the evaluation index system of 20 second grade assembly process is established under the four indexes of convenient operation, assurance of assembly precision, simplicity of assembly process and feasibility of assembly. Secondly, AHP (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index reasonably. For some quantitative evaluation indexes, the corresponding calculation formula of membership degree is given. Based on the optimal reference set or fuzzy evaluation method, the membership degree of the evaluation sequence under other evaluation indexes is obtained. Thirdly, the assembly process of CB gear pump, FS single-stage centrifugal pump and D-type multi-stage centrifugal pump is studied by using the above evaluation index and evaluation method, and several representative assembly sequences are selected to evaluate. Complete the comprehensive evaluation of the pump assembly process. Finally, an assembly process evaluation system is developed by using VB, which is helpful to realize man-machine interaction. According to the specified algorithm, some complex computing problems can be solved, and the computational efficiency is greatly improved, which provides a tool and a platform for assembly process evaluation.
