面向個性化需求的機械產(chǎn)品配置技術研究

【摘要】:在日益激烈的市場環(huán)境下,隨著客戶需求的個性化和多樣化的出現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)的大批量生產(chǎn)方式已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的需求,大批量定制生產(chǎn)模式逐漸受到了企業(yè)的重視。然而,如何以較低的成本、快速的設計出客戶滿意的產(chǎn)品決定了企業(yè)能否在競爭中獲勝的關鍵因素。產(chǎn)品配置作為大批量定制的主要組成部分,,是一種有效聯(lián)系個性化客戶需求與定制產(chǎn)品的手段,是解決上述問題的關鍵技術。本文針對大批量定制環(huán)境,對面向個性化需求的機械產(chǎn)品配置技術進行研究,主要包括以下幾方面內容: 本文首先對客戶需求的特點、類型和獲取方式進行了分析。在此基礎上,采用模糊集理論對批量訂單進行聚類和模糊轉化,并將轉化后的訂單進行滿意度計算與分析,實現(xiàn)了訂單的規(guī);涂蛻舻臐M意度最大化。建立了客戶需求本體模型,使需求表達更為明確,為產(chǎn)品配置奠定基礎。 其次,分析了產(chǎn)品族的功能與結構,在此基礎上,分別建立了產(chǎn)品族的功能模型與結構模型,并利用本體建模工具建立了產(chǎn)品族的本體模型,使產(chǎn)品族中各概念表達更為清晰,為產(chǎn)品配置奠定基礎;在分析產(chǎn)品族更新原理的基礎上,通過零件的相似性和零件的使用狀態(tài)分析實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品族的更新,保證了產(chǎn)品族的穩(wěn)定性,為提高配置效率打下了基礎。 最后,利用本體描述的需求域與產(chǎn)品族結構域之間的關聯(lián)關系,將客戶需求向產(chǎn)品族中對應的配置項進行映射,并建立配置規(guī)則進行規(guī)則匹配推理,確定配置項下的選配項,形成多個產(chǎn)品配置方案。利用理想解法對生成的配置方案進行評價并排序,將最接近客戶需求的方案交與客戶。此方法不僅提高了配置效率,降低了成本,而且提高了客戶的個性化、多樣化要求。通過減速器的配置過程進行了實例驗證。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce market environment, with the emergence of individuation and diversification of customer demand, the traditional mass production mode can no longer meet the needs of enterprises, mass customization production model has been gradually paid attention to by enterprises. However, how to quickly design a customer satisfaction product with lower cost determines the key factor of whether the enterprise can win in the competition. As the main component of mass customization, product configuration is an effective way to connect individual customer needs with customized products, and is the key technology to solve the above problems. Aiming at mass customization environment, this paper studies the configuration technology of mechanical products oriented to individual requirements, which mainly includes the following aspects: firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics, types and acquisition methods of customer requirements. On this basis, the fuzzy set theory is used to cluster and fuzzy transform the batch order, and the satisfaction degree of the transformed order is calculated and analyzed, which realizes the scale of order and the maximization of customer satisfaction. The model of customer requirement ontology is established, which makes the requirement express more clearly and lays the foundation for product configuration. Secondly, the function and structure of product family are analyzed. Based on this, the function model and structure model of product family are established, and the ontology model of product family is established by using ontology modeling tool, which makes each concept express more clearly in product family. On the basis of analyzing the updating principle of product family, the update of product family is realized by analyzing the similarity of parts and the state of use of parts, which ensures the stability of product family and lays a foundation for improving the efficiency of configuration. Finally, by using the relational relationship between the requirement domain and the product family domain described by ontology, the customer requirements are mapped to the corresponding configuration items in the product family, and the configuration rules are established for rule matching reasoning, and the matching items under the configuration items are determined. A plurality of product configuration schemes are formed. The optimal solution is used to evaluate and sort the generated configuration scheme, and the solution closest to the customer's needs is handed over to the customer. This method not only improves the configuration efficiency, reduces the cost, but also improves the customer's individuation and diversification requirements. An example is given to verify the configuration process of the reducer.
