【摘要】：本論文以相關(guān)預研項目為應用背景，，根據(jù)背景項目的要求，選擇了其中機電一體化精確定位裝置及其控制系統(tǒng)為研究對象，進行研究。 論文基于機械設(shè)計技術(shù)、PLC技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)以及數(shù)字控制技術(shù)等多學科理論和技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合課題研究和實際項目需要，設(shè)計了一套完整的機電一體化精確定位裝置及其控制系統(tǒng)。該裝置集電、機械及控制技術(shù)為一體，包括傳動和驅(qū)動部分、信息處理、檢測部分及電源部分以及控制部分。對外有三種接口：機械接口、信號接口和動力接口，通過三種接口能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)上位機對下位機以及定位裝置的控制。該機電一體化精確定位裝置及其控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)既可以應用于微型裝配領(lǐng)域、微型機械，也可以應用于微電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)、精密測量、超精密加工、半導體光刻、生物細胞和納米技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域。 本文主要從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、動力學分析、電控三個方面對系統(tǒng)進行分析：通過對滾珠絲杠副傳動理論進行分析，確定了一種滾珠絲杠副傳遞方式；研究PLC、人機界面控制步進電機的幾種方式，比較了幾種控制方式的優(yōu)劣；研究PLC、人機界面控制伺服電機。結(jié)合理論研究結(jié)果，得出控制方案，并應用于實際設(shè)計中：關(guān)鍵部位結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與裝配圖；控制部分各設(shè)備型號的選擇；部分PLC輸入/輸出點的分配；人機界面的組態(tài)；關(guān)鍵部分的接線圖、程序流程圖的設(shè)計以及程序的編制。 本文相互穿插并有機結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、動力學分析、電控三部分為一整體。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the relevant pre research projects as the application background, according to the requirements of the background project, the precise positioning device and control system of Mechatronics are selected as the research object, and the research is carried out.
Based on the multi-disciplinary theory and technology of mechanical design technology, PLC technology, sensor technology, automatic control technology and digital control technology, this paper designs a complete set of precise positioning device and control system of Mechatronics integrated with the needs of the project and the actual project. This device is a set of electricity, machinery and control technology. The body, including transmission and driving parts, information processing, detection and power supply and control parts. There are three kinds of interfaces: mechanical interface, signal interface and power interface, and the control of the lower computer and the positioning device through three kinds of interfaces. The mechatronics precise positioning device and its control system technology It can be used in micro assembly field, micro machine, and can also be applied to microelectronic information industry, precision measurement, ultra precision machining, semiconductor photolithography, biological cells and nanotechnology.
This paper mainly analyzes the system from three aspects: structural design, dynamic analysis and electronic control. Through the analysis of the theory of ball screw transmission, a kind of ball screw transmission mode is determined, and several ways of PLC, man-machine interface control step motor are studied, and the advantages and disadvantages of several control methods are compared, and PLC and man-machine interface are studied. Control the servo motor. Combined with the theoretical research results, the control scheme is obtained and applied to the actual design: the key part structure design and assembly drawing; the selection of the control parts of each equipment model; the distribution of PLC input / output points; the configuration of the man-machine interface; the wiring diagram of the key parts; the design of the program flow chart and the programming of the program. This article interspersed and organically combined structural design, dynamic analysis, electronic control three parts as a whole.
