汽車起重機動力加壓落幅系統研究

【摘要】:【目的】汽車起重機重力落幅系統存在落幅速度不均勻和操控性差等問題,而動力落幅系統存在起重臂易抖動等問題.針對上述系統存在的兩個問題,結合重力落幅系統和動力落幅系統的優(yōu)點,提出一種動力加壓落幅方案,即向變幅油缸有桿腔加壓,增加了起重臂大角度的落幅速度;同時改變變幅平衡閥的控制方式,由控制手柄直接控制,避免有桿腔油壓對變幅平衡閥的影響.【方法】通過理論研究和MATLAB仿真研究,定性分析了平衡閥的流量飽和特性.【結果】平衡閥閥芯節(jié)流槽通流面積越大,達到飽和的流量越大,而壓差越小.將研究結果應用于汽車起重機的動力加壓落幅系統,通過變更平衡閥的閥芯結構,以限制起重臂小角度的落幅速度.【結論】通過試驗測試,動力加壓落幅系統的落幅均勻性提高,最大流量差減少約61%,全程落幅時間縮短約38%.
[Abstract]:[objective] there are some problems such as uneven falling velocity and poor maneuverability in the gravity fall system of truck crane, and easy jitter of the lifting arm in the power drop off system. Aiming at the two problems existing in the above system and combining the advantages of the gravity and the dynamic amplitude dropping system, a dynamic pressure drop scheme is proposed, that is, the pressure of the rod cavity in the variable amplitude cylinder increases the falling velocity of the lifting arm at a large angle. At the same time, the control mode of the variable amplitude balance valve is changed, which is controlled directly by the control handle to avoid the influence of the oil pressure of the rod cavity on the amplitude change balance valve. [methods] through theoretical research and MATLAB simulation study, The flow saturation characteristics of the balance valve are qualitatively analyzed. [results] the larger the flow area of the valve core throttling slot, the larger the flow rate to saturation and the smaller the pressure difference. The research results are applied to the dynamic pressure drop system of truck crane. By changing the valve core structure of the balance valve, the velocity of falling amplitude at small angle of the lifting arm is limited. [conclusion] the test is carried out. The drop uniformity of the dynamic pressure amplitude drop system is improved, the maximum flow difference is reduced about 61%, and the whole fall time is shortened about 38%.
