【摘要】：工藝路線(xiàn)優(yōu)化對(duì)保證零件加工精度、提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和降低制造成本有重要作用。在零件加工方法和工序內(nèi)容確定后,工藝路線(xiàn)的多樣性主要體現(xiàn)在基準(zhǔn)和加工順序的可變性上,傳統(tǒng)的工藝路線(xiàn)優(yōu)化方法對(duì)基準(zhǔn)和加工順序的研究只是基于一些基本原則,缺乏一種有效、直觀(guān)的基準(zhǔn)與加工順序的描述方法。工藝尺寸路徑圖是一種能較好解決此問(wèn)題的方法。 在零件加工階段,影響零件的設(shè)計(jì)尺寸及余量精度的因素都可歸結(jié)為兩點(diǎn):一是它們?cè)诩庸み^(guò)程中的形成路徑,二是路徑中的相關(guān)尺寸精度。目標(biāo)尺寸的形成路徑取決于基準(zhǔn)的選擇和加工順序的安排,將這些問(wèn)題抽象為工藝尺寸路徑圖。本文通過(guò)工藝尺寸路徑圖對(duì)基準(zhǔn)與加工順序進(jìn)行研究,首先介紹了工藝尺寸路徑圖的建立方法及應(yīng)用,以直觀(guān)的表達(dá)每一個(gè)目標(biāo)尺寸的形成路徑,通過(guò)分析說(shuō)明尺寸路徑圖還可描述全部基準(zhǔn)和加工順序,判斷工藝路線(xiàn)優(yōu)劣,對(duì)工藝尺寸路徑圖進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并還原成更合理的工藝路線(xiàn)。 從尺寸路徑圖中還能獲取到完整的尺寸模型,在全體設(shè)計(jì)尺寸及余量的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,自動(dòng)生成其相應(yīng)階段的相關(guān)尺寸及公差,從而形成一套“尺寸路徑優(yōu)化與尺寸公差計(jì)算”為一體的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:The optimization of process route plays an important role in ensuring the machining accuracy of parts, increasing labor productivity and reducing manufacturing cost. After the determination of parts processing methods and working procedure contents, the diversity of process routes is mainly reflected in the variability of datum and processing sequence. The traditional process route optimization method studies the datum and processing sequence only based on some basic principles. There is a lack of an effective and intuitive description of the reference and processing sequence. The process size path diagram is a good method to solve this problem. In the process of machining, the factors that affect the design size and margin accuracy of the parts can be attributed to two aspects: one is their formation path in the process of machining, the other is the relative dimensional accuracy in the path. The formation path of the target size depends on the selection of the datum and the arrangement of the processing sequence. These problems are abstracted as the process dimension path diagram. In this paper, the datum and the processing sequence are studied through the process dimension path diagram. Firstly, the method and application of the process dimension path diagram are introduced, which can express the formation path of each target dimension intuitively. By analyzing and explaining that the dimension path diagram can also describe all the datum and processing sequence, judge the quality of the process route, optimize the process size path diagram, and restore it to a more reasonable process route. A complete dimension model can also be obtained from the dimension path diagram. Driven by all design dimensions and margins, the relevant dimensions and tolerances of the corresponding stages can be automatically generated. Thus, a design method of dimension path optimization and dimension tolerance calculation is formed.
