齒輪傳動(dòng)雙轉(zhuǎn)子彎扭振動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的進(jìn)步,使旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械向著高轉(zhuǎn)速、大功率的方向發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)子的振動(dòng)問題變得越來越重要。齒輪傳動(dòng)是旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中應(yīng)用最廣泛的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),因此,必須對齒輪傳動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行深入研究。 本文利用有限元法,應(yīng)用MATLAB軟件,考慮彎扭5自由度,推導(dǎo)了軸單元、圓盤單元和軸承單元的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程,同時(shí)分析了單轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的整體質(zhì)量、剛度、阻尼矩陣的形成法則,得到了單轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的5自由度的整體運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程;通過對單轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)齊次運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程的分析和降階,求得特征值和特征向量,并從中提取出相應(yīng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速和振型;計(jì)算了單轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的彎振不平衡響應(yīng)、扭振不平衡響應(yīng);根據(jù)力與力矩平衡,經(jīng)簡化分析,建立了齒輪副單元彎扭5自由度有限元模型,并給出了齒輪嚙合剛度與嚙合阻尼的計(jì)算公式,通過坐標(biāo)變換,得到了廣義坐標(biāo)下齒輪副單元的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程;分析了兩齒輪節(jié)點(diǎn)號相鄰和不相鄰時(shí),不同的矩陣疊加法則;然后組合未耦合齒輪-轉(zhuǎn)子的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程和齒輪副單元的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程,得到了耦合的齒輪-轉(zhuǎn)子的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程;分別計(jì)算了未耦合和耦合的齒輪-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速、振型、彎振不平衡響應(yīng)和扭振不平衡響應(yīng);研究了齒輪嚙合剛度、齒輪傳動(dòng)比和軸承剛度對齒輪-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)固有頻率的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industry, the rotor vibration becomes more and more important. Gear transmission is the most widely used transmission mechanism in rotating machinery. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission rotor system must be deeply studied. In this paper, the differential equations of motion of shaft element, disk element and bearing element are derived by using finite element method and MATLAB software, considering 5 degrees of freedom of bending and torsion. At the same time, the rules of forming integral mass, stiffness and damping matrix of single rotor system are analyzed. The global differential equations of motion of a single rotor system with 5 degrees of freedom are obtained, and the eigenvalues and eigenvectors are obtained by analyzing and reducing the homogeneous differential equations of motion of a single rotor system, and the corresponding critical speed and mode shapes are extracted from them. The unbalance response of bending vibration and torsional vibration of a single rotor system is calculated, and according to the balance of force and moment, a finite element model of five degrees of freedom for gear pair element is established by simplified analysis. The calculation formulas of gear meshing stiffness and meshing damping are given, the differential equations of motion of gear pair elements in generalized coordinates are obtained by coordinate transformation, and the different matrix superposition rules are analyzed when the two gear nodes are adjacent and non-adjacent. Then the differential equations of motion of the uncoupled gear rotor and the gear pair element are combined to obtain the coupled differential equations of motion of the gear rotor, and the critical speeds of the uncoupled and coupled gear rotor systems are calculated, respectively. The effects of gear meshing stiffness gear transmission ratio and bearing stiffness on the natural frequency of gear rotor system are studied.
