儀用高準確度二級串聯(lián)閉環(huán)穩(wěn)壓氣源的研究

【摘要】:隨著高精度氣動儀器設備的增加,對氣源壓力穩(wěn)定性提出了更高的要求。針對目前市場上缺少穩(wěn)定壓力氣源的問題,本文提出二級串聯(lián)閉環(huán)反饋的氣壓控制方法,主要研究工作如下: (1)將二級串聯(lián)閉環(huán)反饋控制方法引入穩(wěn)壓氣源伺服系統(tǒng),進行系統(tǒng)結構設計。針對其中單一密閉氣腔建立充放氣數(shù)學模型,,利用逐步逼近法進行計算機仿真,分析氣源壓力、氣源溫度和氣腔容積三個參數(shù)對單一密閉氣腔充放氣時間的影響,通過實驗驗證了仿真的正確性。 (2)選擇合適的設備和部件,搭建二級串聯(lián)閉環(huán)穩(wěn)壓氣源的硬件實驗平臺,基于LabView軟件平臺編寫相應的控制程序,完成數(shù)據(jù)采集、PID自動控制、參數(shù)設置和手動控制充放氣四個子功能模塊的編寫,該軟件同時具有保存測量數(shù)據(jù)和實時顯示控制波形圖的功能。 (3)通過一系列實驗研究供氣壓力、PID目標氣壓值和目標值與初始值的差值分別不同的情況下系統(tǒng)的響應特性,并在系統(tǒng)末端有流量的情況下測試系統(tǒng)的氣壓穩(wěn)定能力。實驗結果表明,前后兩個氣罐的壓力值差值保持在0.2MPa以上時,系統(tǒng)具有良好的調節(jié)能力;不同氣罐壓力、PID目標氣壓值和目標值與初始值差值對系統(tǒng)特性有不同的影響;系統(tǒng)末端流量達15L/min時,其穩(wěn)定誤差始終保持在2%以內(nèi),說明該穩(wěn)壓系統(tǒng)具有較好的氣壓穩(wěn)定效果。 論文研究結果為高準確度氣壓伺服控制技術提供了一定的基礎,為減小氣體流動時氣壓的波動進行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:With the increase of high-precision pneumatic instruments, the pressure stability of gas source is required. In view of the lack of stable pressure and gas source in the market at present, this paper presents a two-stage series closed-loop feedback pressure control method. The main research work is as follows: 1) introduce the two-stage series closed-loop feedback control method into the steady-pressure gas source servo system and design the system structure. The mathematical model of gas filling and discharging was established for a single airtight gas chamber. The effect of three parameters, gas source pressure, air source temperature and volume of gas chamber, on the filling and discharging time of a single airtight gas chamber was analyzed by computer simulation using the stepwise approximation method. The correctness of the simulation is verified by experiments. 2) selecting the appropriate equipment and components, setting up the hardware experimental platform of the two-stage series closed loop steady pressure gas source, compiling the corresponding control program based on the LabView software platform, completing the data acquisition pid automatic control, The four sub-function modules of parameter setting and manual control of gas filling and discharging are compiled. The software has the function of saving the measurement data and displaying the control waveform in real time. 3) through a series of experiments, the response characteristics of the system under the condition of the difference between the target pressure value and the target value and the initial value of the gas supply pressure are studied respectively, and the pressure stability of the system is tested under the condition of the flow rate at the end of the system. The experimental results show that the system has good regulating ability when the difference of pressure value between the two cylinders is above 0.2MPa, and the difference between the target pressure value and target value and initial value has different influence on the system characteristics. When the end flow rate of the system reaches 15L/min, the stability error is kept within 2%, which indicates that the system has good pressure stabilization effect. The results of this paper provide a basis for high accuracy pneumatic servo control technology and a useful exploration to reduce the fluctuation of gas pressure during gas flow.
