剖面浮標柱塞泵可靠性檢驗平臺的研究

【摘要】:為了模擬剖面浮標柱塞泵在海底的工作環(huán)境,提供穩(wěn)定壓力,在分析其可靠性檢驗平臺設(shè)計方案的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一種新型的檢驗平臺。重點分析了該機構(gòu)的組成、工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點等,對轉(zhuǎn)向缸和滑輪組進行了簡要的分析計算。運用有限元分析軟件,對安裝板進行強度分析,優(yōu)化了安裝板的結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果表明,該機構(gòu)安全可靠,能夠提供穩(wěn)定的壓力,壓力大小可調(diào),適合于不同尺寸柱塞泵的可靠性檢驗。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the working environment of profile buoy piston pump on the seabed and to provide stable pressure, a new testing platform was designed on the basis of analyzing the design scheme of its reliability test platform. The composition, working principle and structure characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed, and the steering cylinder and pulley block are analyzed and calculated. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength of the mounting plate, and the structure of the mounting plate is optimized. The results show that the mechanism is safe and reliable, can provide stable pressure and adjustable pressure, and is suitable for reliability testing of piston pumps of different sizes.
