大型冷卻塔風機運行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷方法研究

【摘要】:冷卻塔風機是利用空氣冷卻水的裝置,是石油、化工、電力、冶金等多種行業(yè)循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中的關鍵設備之一,其主要作用是將熱的工業(yè)用水強迫冷卻。因此為保證冷卻塔風機的冷卻效果,研究冷卻塔風機運行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和故障診斷方法具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 本課題研究的主要目的是通過對冷卻塔風機故障機理和監(jiān)測方法進行研究,針對容易造成重大安全事故的傳動軸和葉片斷裂甩出這兩種故障,提出一種安全可靠、成本較低、適用于冷卻塔風機的監(jiān)測方法,并以中石化天津分公司的冷卻塔風機為實驗研究對象,設計出基于單片機和基于PLC的兩種冷卻塔風機故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。生產(chǎn)實踐證明,本監(jiān)測方法提高了冷卻塔風機故障監(jiān)測的可靠性,具有良好的推廣應用價值。 本課題的主要研究成果包括: (1)深入研究冷卻塔風機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點及風機的變頻調(diào)速原理和方法,并對冷卻塔風機可能出現(xiàn)的各種故障類型進行詳細分析,通過斷口分析,找出冷卻塔風機傳動軸、葉片斷裂機理和原因。 (2)在對現(xiàn)有故障診斷方法進行研究的基礎上,根據(jù)傳動軸和葉片的故障機理,提出一種新型傳動軸和葉片故障監(jiān)測方法——聯(lián)軸器位移監(jiān)測法和葉尖計時監(jiān)測法。 (3)研究采用單片機作為控制核心的冷卻塔風機故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方法。利用單片機的定時、中斷功能分析處理脈沖信號,設計了風機葉片故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)與傳動軸故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)在葉片、傳動軸發(fā)生斷裂或嚴重變形時風機可以報警停機。 (4)設計基于WinCC組態(tài)軟件及西門子S7-200可編程控制器的冷卻塔風機故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)以冷卻塔風機葉片、傳動軸、減速箱油溫等為監(jiān)測對象的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設計。
[Abstract]:Cooling tower fan is one of the key equipments in circulating water system of petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. Its main function is to force the cooling of hot industrial water. Therefore, in order to ensure the cooling effect of cooling tower fan, it is of great practical significance to study the monitoring and fault diagnosis method of cooling tower fan. The main purpose of this paper is to study the fault mechanism and monitoring method of cooling tower fan. Aiming at the breakage of transmission shaft and blade which is easy to cause serious safety accidents, this paper puts forward a kind of safety and reliability with low cost. This paper applies to the monitoring method of cooling tower fan, and takes the cooling tower fan of Sinopec Tianjin Branch as the experimental research object, designs two kinds of cooling tower fan fault monitoring system based on single chip computer and PLC. The production practice proves that this monitoring method improves the reliability of fan fault monitoring of cooling tower and has a good value of popularization and application. The main research results of this topic include: 1) deeply study the structure characteristics of cooling tower fan and the principle and method of variable frequency speed regulation of fan, and analyze in detail various kinds of faults that may occur in cooling tower fan, and find out the driving shaft of cooling tower fan through fracture analysis. The mechanism and cause of blade fracture. 2) based on the research of the existing fault diagnosis methods and according to the fault mechanism of the transmission shaft and blade, a new fault monitoring method of the drive shaft and blade is proposed, namely, the coupling displacement monitoring method and the blade tip timing monitoring method. The realization method of fan fault monitoring system of cooling tower using single chip microcomputer as control core is studied. Based on the timing and interrupt function of single chip microcomputer, the fault monitoring system of fan blade and the fault monitoring system of drive shaft are designed. The system can alarm and shut down when the blade or shaft is broken or seriously deformed. Based on WinCC configuration software and Siemens S7-200 Programmable Logic Controller, the fault monitoring system of cooling tower fan is designed. The monitoring system is designed with cooling tower fan blade, transmission shaft, decelerator oil temperature and so on.
