空載工況下CVT錐輪推力平衡原理研究

【摘要】:空載工況下,相同控制壓力、變速器速比存在差異,針對(duì)該現(xiàn)象,研究了空載工況下推力平衡原理及影響因素。從理論上計(jì)算了空載工況下的平衡推力比,通過(guò)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),研究了速比、從動(dòng)缸壓力與主動(dòng)輪轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)平衡推力比的影響。無(wú)負(fù)載工況下的理論模型表明,平衡推力比與主從錐輪工作包角的比值成比例關(guān)系,試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了理論模型的正確性。試驗(yàn)表明,速比對(duì)推力比的影響較大,推力比與速比呈單調(diào)遞減的關(guān)系,這種關(guān)系不受從動(dòng)缸壓力的影響,主動(dòng)輪轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)推力比的影響可以忽略。研究空載工況下推力比的平衡原理,可為進(jìn)一步研究無(wú)級(jí)變速器及金屬帶之間的傳動(dòng)機(jī)理提供了理論與試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Under the same control pressure, the transmission speed ratio is different under the no-load working condition. In view of this phenomenon, the principle of thrust balance and its influencing factors are studied under no-load working condition.The equilibrium thrust ratio under no-load working condition is calculated theoretically. The effects of speed ratio, driven cylinder pressure and driving wheel speed on the balance thrust ratio are studied by bench test.The theoretical model shows that the balance thrust ratio is proportional to the ratio of the working angle of the master-slave cone wheel. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical model.The test results show that the speed ratio has a great influence on the thrust ratio, and the relationship between the thrust ratio and the speed ratio is monotone decreasing, which is not affected by the follower pressure, but the effect of the speed of the active wheel on the thrust ratio can be neglected.The study on the balance principle of thrust ratio under no-load condition can provide a theoretical and experimental basis for further study on the transmission mechanism between stepless transmission and metal belt.
