【摘要】:為提高機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)初期的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證效率,針對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)類機(jī)械零部件,提出了參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的類比辨識(shí)框架,對(duì)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷類比辨識(shí)的模型、算法和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較為深入系統(tǒng)的研究。 將機(jī)械零部件的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)信息以功能面鄰接關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)碼的形式表達(dá),采用基于零部件結(jié)構(gòu)碼的檢索方式對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)零件所屬系列的類別進(jìn)行檢索。根據(jù)該系列模型功能面定位定形參數(shù)信息與尺寸參數(shù)的映射關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象關(guān)鍵尺寸參數(shù)的自動(dòng)提取。提出了以相似準(zhǔn)則數(shù)為特征屬性的相似度量方法,通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)零件和該系列零件庫(kù)中每一個(gè)零件的相似度計(jì)算,進(jìn)一步檢索出與設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象最相似零件的具體型號(hào)。提出了參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的三層層級(jí)類比辨識(shí)算法,以最相似零件的各層參數(shù)為依據(jù),以相似理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)待驗(yàn)證對(duì)象的各層參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷進(jìn)行了類比辨識(shí),對(duì)其中的不合理設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;谏鲜龅膮(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷類比辨識(shí)模型和算法,,有效地辨識(shí)出了GY型凸緣聯(lián)軸器和KL型滑塊聯(lián)軸器的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,并給出了優(yōu)化后的參數(shù)值。 該設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的類比辯識(shí)方法適用于在回轉(zhuǎn)類機(jī)械零部件的設(shè)計(jì)初期查找出大量的和明顯的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,能夠有效地提高該類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量和效率,縮短開(kāi)發(fā)周期。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of design verification in the early stage of mechanical product design, an analogical identification framework for parametric design defects is proposed for rotary mechanical parts, and a model of parameter design defect analogical identification is proposed.The algorithm and key technology are studied systematically.The topological structure information of mechanical parts is expressed in the form of functional surface adjacent relational structure code, and the category of the design part belongs to the series is searched by the retrieval method based on the part structure code.According to the mapping relationship between the shape setting parameter information and the dimension parameter of the model, the key dimension parameters of the design object can be extracted automatically.A similarity measurement method based on similarity criterion number is proposed. By calculating the similarity between the design parts and each part in this series of parts library, the concrete models of the parts most similar to the design object are further retrieved.A three-level analogical identification algorithm for parameter design defects is proposed. Based on the parameters of the most similar parts and the similarity theory, the design defects of each layer of the object are identified by analogy.The unreasonable design parameters are optimized.Based on the model and algorithm mentioned above, the parameter design defects of GY flange coupling and KL sliding block coupling are effectively identified, and the optimized parameters are given.The method of analogical identification of design defects is suitable for finding out a large number of obvious parameter design defects in the initial stage of the design of rotary mechanical parts, which can effectively improve the design quality and efficiency of this kind of products and shorten the development period.
