【摘要】:起重機(jī)械已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中應(yīng)用極為廣泛的機(jī)械設(shè)備,但它品種多、類型多,應(yīng)用面也廣泛、使用的場合也復(fù)雜、惡劣,存在各種安全隱患。本論文在深入分析起重機(jī)的實(shí)際工作情況和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,采用WinCC組態(tài)軟件和GPRS無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)起重機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 本文首先介紹了起重機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的概況和發(fā)展,根據(jù)對起重機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)的分析,結(jié)合造船龍門起重機(jī)的實(shí)際工況,提出了基于OPC技術(shù)的現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)通訊方式,采用西門子S7-1200PLC作為現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理單元,WinCC采用OPC方式與S7-1200進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊。 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求,并參照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)方案,該系統(tǒng)是獨(dú)立的完全由計(jì)算機(jī)控制的安全操作系統(tǒng),通過數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理單元采集起重機(jī)各種運(yùn)行狀態(tài)參數(shù),通過組態(tài)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)起重機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的全面計(jì)算機(jī)圖形化監(jiān)控,具有實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、歷史數(shù)據(jù)回放、運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)趨勢記錄分析、故障報(bào)警記錄、起重機(jī)信息管理和視頻監(jiān)控等功能。利用Wincc的ActiveX控件和SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫自行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)趨勢曲線分析功能,并利用C編程語言自行設(shè)計(jì)腳本,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的用戶登錄和用戶管理功能。 分析基于GPRS無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通過S7-1200的RS485模塊連接無線數(shù)傳模塊,利用GPRS無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)與數(shù)據(jù)中心服務(wù)器建立數(shù)據(jù)通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Hoisting machinery has become extremely extensive application of mechanical equipment in the national economy, but its varieties, types, the application also widely used are complex, bad, there are all kinds of security risks. The actual work situation and the system based on the thorough analysis of crane design based on the design requirements, using WinCC configuration software and GPRS wireless network transmission technology, remote monitoring and control system design of the crane.
This paper first introduces the general situation and development of the crane remote monitoring system, according to the analysis on the structure and characteristics of the crane machinery, combined with the actual working conditions of Longmen shipbuilding crane, and put forward a mode of data communication based on OPC technology, using SIEMENS S7-1200PLC as the field data acquisition and processing unit, WinCC using OPC and S7-1200 data communication.
According to the design requirements of the system, and according to the related standards, the structure and design of the system, the security system is independent of the operating system is fully controlled by computer, the operation state of crane unit collects various parameters of data acquisition and processing, to achieve a comprehensive computer graphical monitoring running state of the crane through the configuration software, with real-time monitoring. The playback of the historical data, operation data management, data trend analysis, fault alarm records, crane information management and video monitoring function. Using Wincc ActiveX controls and SQL database to design and develop the trend curve data analysis function, and the use of C programming language design script, system user login and user management functions.
Analysis of the characteristics of GPRS remote monitoring technology based on wireless network monitoring system, through the RS485 module connected to the S7-1200 wireless data transmission module, data communication using GPRS wireless network and data center server, remote monitoring.
