往復壓縮機故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的研究與應用

【摘要】:往復式壓縮機是石油化工行業(yè)的關鍵設備,,一旦發(fā)生故障,將會給生產(chǎn)帶來嚴重損失,甚至會使人們的生命財產(chǎn)安全遭到威脅。因此,必須采用有效的檢測預防手段及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并排除故障。由于往復壓縮機本身具有結構復雜、振源多等特點,并且國內(nèi)對于往復壓縮機的故障診斷研究起步較晚,因此,研究針對往復壓縮機的故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)具有重要的實際意義。 往復壓縮機智能診斷的研究在國內(nèi)起步較晚,借鑒離心壓縮機專家系統(tǒng)的成功案例,對比當前有成功經(jīng)驗的多種智能診斷方法的優(yōu)缺點,最終選擇基于規(guī)則及案例的往復壓縮機專家系統(tǒng)為往復壓縮機智能診斷方法。本文只對基于規(guī)則的往復壓縮機專家系統(tǒng)做了研究。 本文對往復壓縮機的常見故障進行了列舉和總結,其中包括故障征兆及故障產(chǎn)生原因。在知識獲取方面,總結了往復壓縮機五大故障部位的十余種故障及其故障機理,并與監(jiān)測信號相結合,總結了故障信號特征,并將故障及其信號特征對應起來。在結構設計上,對往復壓縮機故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)采用了模塊化的方式進行設計,建立ID命名規(guī)則對專家系統(tǒng)各模塊的內(nèi)容進行命名。在故障征兆的推理上,以故障監(jiān)測部位為分類標準,結合實際診斷經(jīng)驗,制作了故障推理邏輯圖,并加以驗證。 研究表明,往復壓縮機故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)在實際的機組運行監(jiān)測中可以發(fā)揮重要作用,能夠起到發(fā)現(xiàn)早期故障、預測尚未發(fā)生的故障等作用。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating compressor is the key equipment in petrochemical industry. Once it breaks down, it will bring serious loss to production and even threaten the safety of people's life and property.Therefore, effective means of detection and prevention must be adopted to detect and troubleshoot faults in time.Since the reciprocating compressor itself has the characteristics of complex structure and many vibration sources, and the research on the reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis started relatively late in our country, it is of great practical significance to study the fault diagnosis expert system for reciprocating compressor.The research on intelligent diagnosis of reciprocating compressor started relatively late in our country. Based on the successful case of centrifugal compressor expert system, the advantages and disadvantages of various intelligent diagnosis methods with successful experience are compared.Finally, the expert system of reciprocating compressor based on rule and case is chosen as the intelligent diagnosis method of reciprocating compressor.In this paper, the expert system of reciprocating compressor based on rules is studied only.This paper enumerates and summarizes the common faults of reciprocating compressors, including fault symptoms and causes.In the aspect of knowledge acquisition, more than ten kinds of faults and their fault mechanisms of five major faults of reciprocating compressor are summarized, and combined with monitoring signals, the characteristics of fault signals are summarized, and the fault and its signal characteristics are corresponding.In the aspect of structure design, the fault diagnosis expert system of reciprocating compressor is designed in a modular way, and the ID naming rule is established to name the contents of each module of the expert system.In the reasoning of fault symptom, taking fault monitoring position as classification standard, combined with actual diagnosis experience, the logic diagram of fault inference is made and verified.The research shows that the reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis expert system can play an important role in the actual unit operation monitoring, can play the role of finding early faults and predicting the failure that has not yet occurred.
