【摘要】:在自動加工和裝配系統(tǒng)中,物料在電磁振動料斗中的自動定向上料得到了廣泛應用,而電磁振動料斗中定向機構(gòu)是根據(jù)物料的姿態(tài)進行設計的,,所以,研究物料在靜態(tài)和動態(tài)條件下的姿態(tài)對于電磁振動料斗定向機構(gòu)的設計具有直接的指導意義。 本文通過研究電磁振動上料時物料的自然姿態(tài)概率分布,建立了預測物料自然姿態(tài)概率的姿態(tài)穩(wěn)定系數(shù)模型,通過理論分析與實驗統(tǒng)計分析,得出物料支承面的自然姿態(tài)概率與其幾何接觸面積和重心距之間的關(guān)系,并通過與形心立體角和能障模型比較得出該模型具有計算簡單快速,可靠性好等特點;通過理論推導和仿真實驗研究物料在電磁振動上料過程中姿態(tài)的變化,對比了物料姿態(tài)處于靜態(tài)和動態(tài)時的不同,分析電磁振動料斗的振幅對物料姿態(tài)的影響,得到了振幅對物料姿態(tài)的影響規(guī)律,對指導電磁振動料斗定向機構(gòu)的設計有直接的指導意義。
[Abstract]:In the automatic machining and assembly system, the automatic directional feeding of materials in the electromagnetic vibration hopper has been widely used, and the orientation mechanism in the electromagnetic vibration hopper is designed according to the attitude of the material, so,The study of material attitude under static and dynamic conditions is of direct significance for the design of electromagnetic vibration hopper directional mechanism.In this paper, a model of attitude stability coefficient is established to predict the probability of natural attitude of materials by studying the probability distribution of natural attitude of materials when the material is fed with electromagnetic vibration, and the theoretical analysis and experimental statistical analysis are carried out.The relationship between the natural attitude probability of the material bearing surface and the geometric contact area and the center of gravity distance is obtained. Compared with the centroid angle and the energy barrier model, the model has the advantages of simple calculation, good reliability and so on.Through theoretical derivation and simulation experiment, the change of material attitude in the course of electromagnetic vibration feeding is studied, and the influence of the amplitude of electromagnetic vibration hopper on the material attitude is analyzed by comparing the difference of material attitude when the material attitude is static and dynamic.The influence of amplitude on material attitude is obtained, which is of direct significance to the design of directional mechanism of electromagnetic vibration hopper.
