【摘要】：由于再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈上各成員企業(yè)利益相對獨立性,容易造成各種信息在成員企業(yè)之間傳播的扭曲,如著名的牛鞭效應就是很好的例子,因此需要閉環(huán)供應鏈各成員企業(yè)采取協(xié)同合作模式,同時要共享自己的私有信息。通過私有信息的共享,能夠幫助企業(yè)減少由于信息不對稱和不完全所帶來的風險、提升供應鏈的競爭力、降低系統(tǒng)成本,減輕牛鞭效應所帶來的負面影響,同時提高整個閉環(huán)供應鏈的效益。為了研究這些信息的價值,本文建立了再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享的經濟性分析模型,對閉環(huán)供應鏈價值補償理論進行了系統(tǒng)的理論分析。通過研究,本文獲得以下一些研究成果。 (1)建立了再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享的經濟性分析模型。首先定性分析了再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享的經濟性問題及其影響因素,根據廢舊產品回收渠道的不同,構建了三種不同的再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈結構,分別建立了以利潤最大化為目標的經濟性模型,并利用逆向歸納法對模型求解,比較了信息共享前后閉環(huán)供應鏈成員企業(yè)及閉環(huán)供應鏈整體的利潤變化情況,分析了信息共享的價值。 (2)建立了閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享價值補償機制。借助效用理論,引入了供應鏈企業(yè)的風險偏好程度及貢獻率參數,建立了基于效用理論的閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享利益再分配模型,利用現代優(yōu)化計算方法對該模型求解,并進行深入分析,求得了滿足激勵模型前提條件下的回收參數的取值范圍。通過閉環(huán)供應鏈中建立的利益再分配機制,強化了供應鏈中的合作伙伴關系,提高了供應鏈中各成員之間的協(xié)同能力,使信息共享成為現實,保證了各成員在信息共享中能獲得額外利潤。 (3)以國內某大型發(fā)動機再制造公司為背景,對再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈信息共享的經濟性進行算例仿真,驗證了本文所提出的再制造閉環(huán)供應鏈利益再分配機制的實用性與可用性。
[Abstract]:Because of the relative independence of each member ' s enterprise in the closed - loop supply chain , it is easy to make various kinds of information spread among the member enterprises , such as the famous bullwhip effect is a good example . Therefore , it is necessary to share private information in the closed - loop supply chain . In order to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain , reduce the system cost , reduce the bullwhip effect , and improve the efficiency of the whole closed - loop supply chain . In order to study the value of these information , the paper establishes the economic analysis model of the information sharing of closed - loop supply chain , and analyzes the theory of closed - loop supply chain value compensation .

( 1 ) The economic analysis model of re - manufacturing closed - loop supply chain information sharing is established . The economic problems and influencing factors of re - manufacturing closed - loop supply chain information sharing are qualitatively analyzed . According to the different recycling channels of waste products , three different manufacturing closed - loop supply chain structures are built , the profit maximization is the target economic model , and the profit change of the closed - loop supply chain member enterprises and the closed - loop supply chain is compared before and after the information sharing , and the value of the information sharing is analyzed .

( 2 ) A closed - loop supply chain information sharing value compensation mechanism is established . Based on the utility theory , the risk preference degree and contribution rate parameter of the supply chain enterprise are introduced , the closed - loop supply chain information sharing benefit redistribution model based on the utility theory is established , and the value range of the recovery parameter under the precondition of satisfying the incentive model is established .

( 3 ) Based on a large - scale engine re - manufacturing company in China , an example simulation of the economy of re - manufacturing closed - loop supply chain information sharing is carried out , and the practicability and availability of the re - manufacturing closed - loop supply chain benefit redistribution mechanism are verified .
