【摘要】:弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)由于具有分度精度高、運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)等許多優(yōu)良的特性,在數(shù)控?fù)Q刀機(jī)械手、自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)等方面有大量的應(yīng)用。但是由于其結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜,到目前為止,,其誤差控制與精度檢測(cè)問(wèn)題一直是制約其廣泛應(yīng)用的一個(gè)重要因素。本文研究了弧面凸輪加工誤差與廓面誤差的關(guān)系,以及各構(gòu)件幾何誤差對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度的影響,探討了弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件公差的分配方法,采用三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)量了弧面凸輪的幾何形狀誤差,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)處理得到其特征線(xiàn)誤差。設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一套用于檢測(cè)弧面凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)精度的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),為較好的解決弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)誤差分配與精度測(cè)量問(wèn)題提供了思路。 本論文主要完成的工作如下: 本文歸納分析了弧面凸輪的加工誤差,并基于各加工誤差因素建立了含誤差的弧面凸輪曲面方程。基于含加工誤差的弧面凸輪曲面方程,采用微分法研究了各加工因素對(duì)弧面凸輪廓面誤差的影響,為根據(jù)弧面凸輪廓面誤差分析加工工藝原因提供了理論指導(dǎo)。 根據(jù)弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件存在的幾何誤差,推導(dǎo)出了弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)中各零部件誤差因素對(duì)弧面凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)精度的影響系數(shù),并分析了各結(jié)構(gòu)因素與各影響系數(shù)的關(guān)系。為研究弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)公差分配問(wèn)題奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 分析探討了關(guān)于弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件幾何精度的分配問(wèn)題,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)分配法和優(yōu)化方法對(duì)弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)各零件幾何特征公差分配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)最佳極限公差法提出了改進(jìn)方案。 采用三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)量了弧面凸輪的輪廓度,并通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)處理得到了弧面凸輪特征線(xiàn)的誤差值,結(jié)合精度分析的有關(guān)內(nèi)容,推導(dǎo)了廓面誤差對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度的影響。 基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一套用于弧面凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度檢測(cè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,完成了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)硬件的設(shè)計(jì)與三維建模,完成了傳感器等元器件選型以及軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試工作。對(duì)弧面凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)精度檢測(cè)有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The globoidal cam mechanism has a lot of applications in CNC tool changing manipulator and automatic production line because of its many excellent characteristics such as high indexing precision and steady movement.However, due to its complex structure, its error control and precision detection have been an important factor restricting its wide application.In this paper, the relationship between machining error and profile error of globoidal cam is studied, and the effect of geometric error of each component on motion accuracy is studied. The method of distributing tolerance of each component of globoidal cam mechanism is discussed.The geometric error of globoidal cam is measured by CMM, and the error of characteristic line is obtained by data processing.A set of measuring system is designed and developed to detect the motion accuracy of globoidal cam, which provides a way to solve the problem of error distribution and precision measurement of globoidal cam mechanism.The main work of this thesis is as follows:In this paper, the machining error of globoidal cam is summarized and analyzed, and the curved surface equation of globoidal cam with error is established based on the factors of machining error.Based on the curved surface equation of globoidal cam with machining error, the influence of machining factors on the error of globoidal cam profile is studied by differential method, which provides a theoretical guide for analyzing the machining process according to the error of globoidal cam profile.According to the geometric error of each component of globoidal cam mechanism, the influence coefficient of each component error factor of globoidal cam mechanism on the motion accuracy of globoidal cam mechanism is deduced, and the relationship between each structure factor and each influence coefficient is analyzed.It lays a foundation for the study of tolerance distribution of globoidal cam mechanism.In this paper, the problem of geometric accuracy distribution of globoidal cam mechanism is analyzed and discussed. The problem of geometric tolerance distribution of globoidal cam mechanism is studied by means of empirical distribution method and optimization method.An improved scheme is proposed for the optimal limit tolerance method.The contour of globoidal cam is measured by CMM, and the error of characteristic line of globoidal cam is obtained by data processing. The influence of profile error on motion accuracy is deduced by combining with the content of precision analysis.Based on the virtual instrument technology, a set of experimental equipment is designed for measuring the motion accuracy of globoidal cam mechanism. The hardware design and 3D modeling of the experimental platform are completed, and the selection of sensor and other components as well as the design and debugging of software are completed.It has certain value for measuring the motion accuracy of globoidal cam.
