移動基圓變齒厚齒輪齒面研究及動力學仿真分析

【摘要】:研究了一種新型的變齒厚齒輪——移動基圓變齒厚齒輪,它和傳統(tǒng)的利用軸向變位形成的變齒厚齒輪在成型原理上有著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。因為,根據(jù)齒輪的基本原理,當一個齒輪有變位系數(shù)時,齒輪的齒頂高、齒根高、齒厚和槽寬都將發(fā)生變化,當沿齒輪的軸向添加一組有規(guī)律的變位系數(shù)時,齒輪在沿軸向各端面的齒厚有規(guī)律的變化,即形成了傳統(tǒng)的變厚齒輪,而傳統(tǒng)的變厚齒輪在齒厚變厚的同時,其各端面的齒頂高、齒根高也都隨之變化,這就導致傳統(tǒng)的變厚齒輪從小端到大端其齒頂圓直徑逐漸增大,即沿徑向看傳統(tǒng)的變厚齒輪是有一個錐度的,這樣在沿軸向調(diào)隙時就有可能產(chǎn)生干涉,不能完全調(diào)隙。而本文研究的移動基圓變齒厚齒輪就解決了這個問題,它的成型原理是:沿著齒輪的軸向,生成變厚齒輪各端面齒廓漸開線的基圓的位置有規(guī)律的變化,即:其基圓的圓心形成的直線與變厚齒輪的軸線并不重合,而是和軸線形成一定的夾角,這樣變厚齒輪的齒厚就沿著中間端面向一邊逐漸變厚或變薄。由于各端節(jié)面上變位系數(shù)為零或相同,所以在齒厚變厚的同時,其各端面的齒頂高、齒根高也相同,即各端面的齒頂圓直徑相同,這樣在調(diào)隙過程中就不會產(chǎn)生干涉,能達到完全調(diào)隙的目的。 本文的研究內(nèi)容如下: ①研究了移動基圓變齒厚齒輪的成型原理、幾何特點,將其與傳統(tǒng)的變齒厚齒輪相比較,體現(xiàn)了移動基圓變齒厚齒輪的優(yōu)點;根據(jù)齒輪的基本原理,提出移動基圓變齒厚直齒輪的插齒、滾齒加工方法以及用標準齒條刀具的加工方法。 ②結(jié)合齒條刀具加工移動基圓變齒厚直齒輪的加工方法,根據(jù)齒輪嚙合原理,由齒條刀具的齒面方程推導出移動基圓變齒厚直齒輪的齒面方程;并利用Matlab編程對移動基圓變齒厚直齒輪的齒面進行仿真,將得到的各點的坐標值導入Pro/E中,建立其精確的三維模型。 ③利用前面推導出的齒面方程,根據(jù)齒面接觸分析的基本原理,建立移動基圓變齒厚直齒輪傳動副接觸的數(shù)學模型,用Matlab編程對其求解,得到其齒面上的接觸點和接觸跡線,實現(xiàn)了接觸分析的可視化。 ④利用Adams軟件,建立了該齒輪傳動的動力學模型,對其進行動力學仿真分析,得到了其嚙合力曲線,并將其與標準直齒輪傳動產(chǎn)生齒側(cè)間隙后的嚙合力曲線相比較,體現(xiàn)了調(diào)隙的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:A new type of gear with variable tooth thickness is studied in this paper. It is different from the traditional gear formed by axial displacement in forming principle. According to the basic principle of the gear, when a gear has a modification coefficient, the tooth top height, tooth root height, tooth thickness and slot width of the gear will all change, when a set of regular modification coefficients are added along the axial direction of the gear. The tooth thickness of the gear along the axial direction changes regularly, that is to say, the traditional thickening gear is formed, and the tooth top height and the tooth root height of the traditional thickening gear change with the tooth thickening at the same time. This result in the traditional thickening gear from small end to large end of the tooth top circle diameter gradually increase, that is, along the radial point of view the traditional thickening gear has a taper, so it is possible to produce interference when adjusting the gap along the axial direction. This problem is solved by the moving base gear with varying tooth thickness. Its forming principle is: along the axial direction of the gear. The position of the base circle of the involute of the tooth profile of each end surface of the thickened gear changes regularly, that is, the straight line formed by the center of the base circle does not coincide with the axis of the thickened gear, but forms a certain angle with the axis. In this way, the tooth thickness of the thickened gear is gradually thickened or thinned along one side of the middle end face. The tooth top of each end face is at the same time as the tooth thickness is thickened because the modification coefficient on each end node is zero or the same. The tooth root height is the same, that is, the top circle diameter of each end face is the same, so there will be no interference in the clearance adjustment process, and the purpose of complete clearance adjustment can be achieved. The contents of this paper are as follows: The main contents are as follows: (1) the forming principle and geometric characteristics of moving base gear with variable tooth thickness are studied. Compared with the traditional gear with variable tooth thickness, the advantages of moving base circular gear with variable tooth thickness are demonstrated. According to the basic principle of gear, this paper puts forward the gear shafting, hobbing machining method and the machining method of standard rack cutter for moving base circular variable tooth thickness spur gear. 2. According to the gear meshing principle, the tooth surface equation of the moving base circular variable tooth thickness straight gear is derived from the tooth surface equation of the rack cutter in combination with the machining method of the moving base circular variable tooth thickness spur gear. The tooth surface of moving base circular variable tooth thickness spur gear is simulated by Matlab programming. The coordinate values of each point are imported into Pro/E and its accurate 3D model is established. According to the basic principle of tooth surface contact analysis, the mathematical model of the contact of gear transmission pair with circular tooth thickness is established by using the tooth surface equation derived before, and solved by Matlab program. The contact points and contact traces on the tooth surface are obtained and the contact analysis is visualized. (4) the dynamic model of the gear transmission is established by using Adams software, and its meshing force curve is obtained by dynamic simulation and analysis. Compared with the meshing force curve of the standard spur gear transmission after the tooth side clearance is produced, the superiority of the clearance adjustment is demonstrated.
