【摘要】：利用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,建立齒輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)在周圍產(chǎn)生的流場(chǎng)與壓力場(chǎng)計(jì)算模型,對(duì)不同的齒輪工況參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立齒輪噴油潤(rùn)滑的二相流模型,對(duì)噴油參數(shù)與齒輪工況的匹配進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)壓力場(chǎng)的計(jì)算進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)在周圍形成氣體壓力場(chǎng),對(duì)噴油射流產(chǎn)生阻礙作用,造成輪齒潤(rùn)滑與冷卻失效。本文的研究成果將用于指導(dǎo)新一代高性能齒輪的噴油潤(rùn)滑設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to establish the computational model of the flow field and pressure field around the gear with high speed rotation. The parameters of different gear operating conditions are calculated and analyzed. The two-phase flow model of gear injection lubrication is established, the matching of injection parameters and gear working conditions is studied, and the calculation of gear rotation pressure field is simulated and verified. The results show that. The gas pressure field will form around the gear rotation, which will hinder the injection jet and cause the tooth lubrication and cooling failure. The research results in this paper will be used to guide the design of the new generation of high performance gear injection lubrication.
