【摘要】:在化工介質(zhì)中,LPG(液化石油氣)是一種特性極不穩(wěn)定的危險介質(zhì);非常容易氣化,具有低引火點、低粘度等特征;本論文對LPG泵用機械密封進行失效分析和結構改進,改進之后的機械密封具有動壓槽結構,可以極大的降低機械密封端面的發(fā)熱溫度,改善了LPG泵機械密封壽命低,維修率高等情況。 論文對端面發(fā)熱情況進行了理論計算,并通過計算得出影響端面發(fā)熱情況的主要因素,根據(jù)理論計算的結果修改端面參數(shù);對比了單級機械密封和雙級機械密封的優(yōu)缺點,提出了使用雙級機械密封在LPG泵上應用的觀點。通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)證明,理論計算方面所修改的數(shù)據(jù)在工業(yè)試驗上是正確的,且雙級機械密封比單級密封在各項實驗數(shù)據(jù)上都體現(xiàn)出極大的優(yōu)勢。 通過研究和分析數(shù)起機械密封泄漏引發(fā)的事故,來引出工程應用上對于LPG泵機械密封的技術要求和壽命要求,在具體的工程設計過程中,通過理論計算和實驗數(shù)據(jù)的采集研究,把LPG泵機械密封的結構優(yōu)化應用于工程實踐,取得了現(xiàn)役LPG泵密封改造的成功,獲得了較好的技術應用和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is a dangerous medium with extremely unstable characteristics in chemical media. Very easy gasification, with low ignition point, low viscosity and other characteristics; In this paper, the failure analysis and structural improvement of mechanical seal used in LPG pump are carried out. The improved mechanical seal has the structure of dynamic pressure slot, which can greatly reduce the heating temperature of the end face of mechanical seal. Improve the LPG pump mechanical seal life low, high maintenance rate and so on. In this paper, the end surface heating is calculated theoretically, and the main factors influencing the end surface heating are obtained, and the end face parameters are modified according to the results of the theoretical calculation. The advantages and disadvantages of single-stage mechanical seal and two-stage mechanical seal are compared, and the application of two-stage mechanical seal in LPG pump is put forward. The modified data in theoretical calculation are correct in the industrial test, and the two-stage mechanical seal is superior to the single-stage seal in all the experimental data. Through the research and analysis of several accidents caused by mechanical seal leakage, the technical requirements and life requirements of mechanical seal for LPG pump in engineering application are derived in the specific engineering design process. Through theoretical calculation and experimental data collection, the structure optimization of mechanical seal of LPG pump is applied to engineering practice, and the successful renovation of seal of active LPG pump has been achieved. Good technical application and economic benefit have been obtained.
