【摘要】:裝備制造業(yè)是任何一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)工業(yè)體系的中樞,在經(jīng)濟(jì)成長(zhǎng)和新型工業(yè)化過程中發(fā)揮著極為重要的作用,因而加快裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康運(yùn)行具有重要的意義。它是促進(jìn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí),增強(qiáng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量,提高工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的要求,也是擴(kuò)大就業(yè)和確保國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的需要。 我國(guó)的裝備制造業(yè)在近十幾年中發(fā)展迅速,先后涌現(xiàn)出一批掌握關(guān)鍵零部件制造核心技術(shù)的生產(chǎn)企業(yè),但是發(fā)展中存在一些不均衡現(xiàn)象。齒輪減速箱作為大型機(jī)械的傳動(dòng)裝置,在礦山、電力、冶金等眾多領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛,在裝備制造業(yè)中有著重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。近幾年來,國(guó)內(nèi)齒輪減速箱的中高端產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)正在被幾家國(guó)外廠商占據(jù),國(guó)內(nèi)眾多的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)只在中低端市場(chǎng)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。為了改變這種格局,國(guó)內(nèi)一些企業(yè)瞄準(zhǔn)國(guó)際高端產(chǎn)品開展研發(fā),使齒輪減速箱的質(zhì)量和功能已經(jīng)接近甚至達(dá)到了國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平,且占據(jù)價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而,其產(chǎn)品粗糙的外觀和混亂的造型與其性能和質(zhì)量不相匹配,在市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中大打折扣。 在國(guó)外尤其是西方發(fā)達(dá)的工業(yè)國(guó)家,從消費(fèi)品制造業(yè)到裝備制造業(yè)都已經(jīng)形成較為成熟的形象識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì)。在齒輪減速箱的制造領(lǐng)域中,德國(guó)的弗蘭德、賽威等制造商在幾十年的發(fā)展過程中,不但在齒輪傳動(dòng)等核心技術(shù)領(lǐng)域積累了大量的研究和加工制造的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在產(chǎn)品外觀上也形成了各個(gè)系列間的統(tǒng)一的風(fēng)格,在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上表現(xiàn)出鮮明的特色,給人留下深刻的印象。為了探索和研究國(guó)外先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念在我國(guó)齒輪減速箱制造行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,本文從以下兩個(gè)方面做了詳細(xì)研究。 本文從歷史的角度研究西方工業(yè)發(fā)展中所形成的產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別的相關(guān)理論和應(yīng)用技術(shù),對(duì)組成產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別的兩個(gè)方面—產(chǎn)品形象和產(chǎn)品識(shí)別進(jìn)行探討,根據(jù)這兩方面的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系,辯證的得出產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別的概念。在此概念的基礎(chǔ)上,提出產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的三個(gè)維度:元素維度、空間維度和時(shí)間維度,作為展開具體應(yīng)用研究的理論和方法指導(dǎo)。 根據(jù)某齒輪減速箱生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品狀況,對(duì)其多個(gè)產(chǎn)品系列建立產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別的過程,并從兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。第一階段為單一產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì),得出具有識(shí)別特征的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)形象。第二階段為系列產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品形象識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì),以單一產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)作為設(shè)計(jì)原型,得出具有企業(yè)內(nèi)統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格的產(chǎn)品系列,最終制定出適合該生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the center of any developed industrial system and plays an extremely important role in the process of economic growth and new industrialization. Therefore, accelerating the development of equipment manufacturing industry is of great significance to the healthy operation of China's economy. It is the requirement of promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial industrial structure, enhancing the quality of national economic operation and improving industrial economic benefits. It is also a need to expand employment and ensure national economic security. The equipment manufacturing industry in our country has developed rapidly in the past ten years, and a batch of manufacturing enterprises have emerged to master the key parts manufacturing core technology. However, there are some unbalanced phenomena in the development. Gear reducer is widely used in many fields, such as mining, electric power, metallurgy and so on. In the equipment manufacturing industry has an important strategic position. In recent years, the domestic gear reducer high-end product market is being occupied by several foreign manufacturers. Many domestic production enterprises only compete in the middle and low end market. In order to change this pattern, some domestic enterprises aim at international high-end products to carry out research and development. The quality and function of the gear reducer have approached or even reached the advanced level of foreign countries, and occupy the price advantage. However, the rough appearance and chaotic shape of its products do not match its performance and quality. In the competition in the market. In foreign countries, especially in the western developed industrial countries, from the consumer goods manufacturing industry to the equipment manufacturing industry has formed a more mature image recognition design. In the field of gear reducer manufacturing, Germany's Frande. During the decades of development, Saver and other manufacturers not only accumulated a large number of research and manufacturing experience in the core technology fields such as gear transmission, but also formed a unified style of each series in the appearance of the products. In order to explore and study the application of foreign advanced design concept in the manufacturing industry of gear reducer in China. This article has made the detailed research from the following two aspects. From the historical point of view, this paper studies the related theories and applied technologies of product image recognition formed in the western industrial development, and discusses the two aspects of product image recognition-product image and product recognition. According to the difference and relationship between the two aspects, the concept of product image recognition is dialectically obtained. On the basis of this concept, three dimensions of product image recognition design development are proposed: element dimension, spatial dimension and time dimension. As the theoretical and methodological guidance for the development of specific application research. According to the product status of a gear reducer manufacturing enterprise, the process of product image identification is established for several product series, and the design is carried out from two stages. The first stage is the product image identification design of a single product. The second stage is the product image identification design of series products, and the single product design as the design prototype, and the product series with a unified design style within the enterprise. Finally, the image identification system suitable for the product of the production enterprise is worked out.
