【摘要】:經(jīng)典譜估計(jì)方法,是信號(hào)處理學(xué)科,以及故障診斷領(lǐng)域中非常重要、非常常用的方法。經(jīng)典譜估計(jì)是基于傅里葉變換的,對(duì)于樣本數(shù)據(jù)之外的數(shù)據(jù)假設(shè)為零進(jìn)行譜估計(jì),得到的譜估計(jì)與真實(shí)譜并不是一致估計(jì);經(jīng)典譜估計(jì)方法由于受到窗函數(shù)的影響,導(dǎo)致處理得到的頻譜圖,其譜分辨率低,方差性能差。舊方法的不足必然會(huì)誘導(dǎo)出新的方法,因此很多專家學(xué)者開(kāi)始研究,分辨率更高的譜估計(jì)方法,現(xiàn)代譜估計(jì)方法得以出現(xiàn)。對(duì)于經(jīng)典譜估計(jì)或者是現(xiàn)代譜估計(jì),都是基于單源信號(hào)進(jìn)行采集處理,便很容易引起誤判,造成嚴(yán)重后果;谕慈畔⑷诤霞夹g(shù)的全矢譜分析方法,可以有效對(duì)同源雙通道信號(hào),進(jìn)行信息融合,其計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單、快速且穩(wěn)定,能夠真實(shí)地、完全地反應(yīng)設(shè)備當(dāng)前的運(yùn)行振動(dòng)狀態(tài)。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代譜估計(jì)和全矢譜技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),研究新的故障診斷的方法——全矢最大熵倒譜分析方法,是以全矢譜技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)最大熵譜估計(jì)進(jìn)行倒頻譜的分析,在故障診斷中應(yīng)用。主要工作如下: 1.介紹了現(xiàn)代譜估計(jì): AR模型譜估計(jì)和最大熵譜估計(jì);介紹了全矢譜技術(shù)的基本理論:全矢譜技術(shù)不僅可以有效融合雙通道數(shù)據(jù),,還能夠傳統(tǒng)的譜估計(jì)方法(倒頻譜、最大熵等),進(jìn)行有效地結(jié)合提出一些新的方法。 2.研究全矢最大熵倒譜分析方法:根據(jù)倒頻譜的定義及全矢譜技術(shù)的成熟發(fā)展應(yīng)用,結(jié)合基于AR模型的最大熵譜估計(jì)的高分辨率,研究了全矢最大熵倒譜分析方法,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證新方法的有效性及相比傳統(tǒng)方法新方法得到的譜圖具有更高的分辨率。 3.研究最大熵倒譜分析方法其它形式:基于熵倒譜的思路,對(duì)于全矢最大熵倒譜分析方法的其它形式進(jìn)行了深入探討,給出了基于功率倒頻譜的三種全矢最大熵倒譜分析方法的形式及計(jì)算公式,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了它們的有效性。 4.研究了基于雙通道數(shù)據(jù)的AR模型的階次選取的實(shí)用性問(wèn)題。AR模型階次選取是進(jìn)行譜估計(jì)的關(guān)鍵,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)探討了基于雙通道數(shù)據(jù)的AR模型的階次選取的實(shí)用性問(wèn)題,給出了具有一定參考價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。
[Abstract]:The classical spectrum estimation method, signal processing is a very important subject, and the fault diagnosis method is very common in the field. The classical spectrum estimation is based on the Fourier transform, the sample data for data beyond the assumption of zero spectral estimation, the spectrum estimation is not consistent with the real spectrum estimation method; due to the effect of the window function estimation of classical spectrum, spectrum processing result obtained, its spectral resolution is low, the variance of poor performance. The deficiency of the old method will induce new methods, so many experts and scholars began to study, high resolution spectrum estimation method, modern spectral estimation methods to appear. For the classical spectrum estimation and modern spectral estimation. Is the single source based on the signal acquisition and processing, it is very easy to cause the miscarriage of justice, causing serious consequences. The full vector spectrum analysis method based on homologous information fusion technology, can be effective for homologous Dual channel signal, information fusion, its calculation is simple, fast and stable, can truly and completely run vibration state of the equipment at present. Based on modern spectral estimation and full vector spectrum technology advantages - vector maximum entropy cepstrum analysis method research on fault diagnosis of the new method, is based on the full vector spectrum technology as the foundation, the maximum entropy spectral analysis cepstrum estimation used in fault diagnosis. The main work is as follows:
The 1. introduces the modern spectral estimation: AR model spectrum estimation and maximum entropy spectral estimation; introduces the basic theory of the full vector spectrum technology: vector spectrum technology can not only effective integration of dual channel data, but also to the traditional spectrum estimation method (cepstrum, maximum entropy, etc.) are effectively combined to put forward some new methods.
2. of the maximum entropy vector cepstrum analysis method: according to the definition of the cepstrum and mature development and application of the full vector spectrum technology with high resolution, maximum entropy spectrum estimation based on AR model, the maximum entropy vector cepstrum analysis method is verified by the experiment spectra of new method to get the validity of the new approach and compared with the traditional the method has higher resolution.
3. of the maximum entropy cepstrum analysis method in other forms: entropy cepstrum based on the idea of the other form of maximum entropy vector cepstrum analysis method are discussed, and calculation formula of power cepstrum three vector maximum entropy cepstrum analysis method is proposed based on the experimental results validate the effectiveness of them.
4. AR model of dual channel data of the order selection of practical problems of.AR model order selection is a key spectrum estimation based on the experiment data of the dual channel AR model order selection problem of utility based on the proposed has a certain reference value for the empirical formula.
