【摘要】:根據(jù)目前工程機(jī)械的實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀況及面臨問(wèn)題,主要對(duì)混凝土泵車、汽車起重機(jī)和挖掘機(jī)液壓缸進(jìn)行分析。利用有限元分析軟件,對(duì)混凝土泵車和汽車起重機(jī)的典型液壓缸進(jìn)行靜態(tài)強(qiáng)度、動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度和壓桿穩(wěn)定性等全面分析,根據(jù)所得結(jié)果重點(diǎn)對(duì)液壓缸的耳環(huán)進(jìn)行疲勞分析。與采用傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法所得結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,證實(shí)了有限元的分析方法適用于液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)又優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法。另外,對(duì)于挖掘機(jī)這種重要且特殊的工程機(jī)械,工作頻率高、沖擊大,對(duì)液壓缸有較高的緩沖要求;本文增加了挖掘機(jī)液壓缸緩沖裝置數(shù)學(xué)分析部分,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用MATLAB軟件的Simulink5.0軟件包進(jìn)行仿真,,并根據(jù)所得結(jié)果得出優(yōu)化結(jié)論。通過(guò)對(duì)常用工程機(jī)械液壓缸的有限元分析和緩沖分析,結(jié)合多年企業(yè)研發(fā)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出建議,希望為同行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展提供了一點(diǎn)參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:According to the actual operating conditions and problems facing the present construction machinery, the main hydraulic cylinders of concrete pump trucks, truck cranes and excavators are analyzed. Based on the finite element analysis software, the static strength, dynamic strength and compressive bar stability of the typical hydraulic cylinders of concrete pump trucks and truck cranes are comprehensively analyzed. Based on the results, the fatigue analysis of the earrings of the hydraulic cylinders is emphasized. Compared with the results obtained by the traditional design method, it is confirmed that the finite element analysis method is suitable for the design of the hydraulic cylinder, and is superior to the traditional design method. In addition, for construction machinery, the important and special, high working frequency, the impact of large, high buffer requirements of the hydraulic cylinder; the increase of excavator hydraulic cylinder buffer device of mathematical analysis, mathematical model, using MATLAB software Simulink5.0 software package to simulate and optimize conclusion according to the results. Based on the finite element analysis and buffer analysis of hydraulic cylinders of common construction machinery, combined with the practical experience of R & D for many years, some suggestions are put forward, hoping to provide some reference and reference value for the development of technology in the same industry.
