【摘要】：現(xiàn)有分布式文件存儲系統(tǒng)存在數(shù)據(jù)組織低效和訪問語義冗余等問題,嚴重限制了系統(tǒng)性能。為此,借鑒對象存儲思想,設計面向高性能計算的分布式對象存儲系統(tǒng)。分離數(shù)據(jù)訪問和數(shù)據(jù)管理,實現(xiàn)更精簡高效的訪問語義,同時采用分布式全局對象數(shù)據(jù)組織方式,運用基于內(nèi)存的元數(shù)據(jù)管理方法提升系統(tǒng)性能。實驗結果表明,在大規(guī)模并發(fā)訪問時,該系統(tǒng)的讀/寫聚合帶寬相比Lustre系統(tǒng)分別提升22.5%和50.4%,文件創(chuàng)建、刪除性能分別達到Lustre系統(tǒng)的2.15倍和5.13倍。此外,該系統(tǒng)還具有擬線性的數(shù)據(jù)讀/寫和元數(shù)據(jù)管理功能,可擴展性較好。
[Abstract]:The existing distributed file storage system has some problems, such as inefficient data organization and access semantic redundancy, which seriously limits the performance of the system. For this reason, a distributed object storage system for high performance computing is designed by using the idea of object storage for reference. Data access and data management are separated to achieve more concise and efficient access semantics. At the same time, distributed global object data organization is adopted, and memory-based metadata management method is used to improve the performance of the system. The experimental results show that the read / write aggregation bandwidth of the system is 22.5% and 50.4% higher than that of the Lustre system, and the file creation and deletion performance is 2.15 times and 5.13 times of that of the Lustre system, respectively. In addition, the system also has quasilinear data reading / writing and metadata management functions, and has good scalability.
