適合漢語全拼輸入的提示性軟鍵盤的研發(fā)與驗證

【摘要】:如何提高文字輸入的績效一直是工程心理學關心的重要問題。文字輸入是計算機操作的重要組成部分,是個體完成日常工作和休閑娛樂的主要途徑之一,每天人們都要花大量的時間完成與文字輸入相關的工作和活動,因此,提高文字輸入的績效具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 近年來,隨著手持移動設備(如智能手機、平板電腦等)的普及和應用,基于軟鍵盤的文字輸入開始逐步在觸屏設備上實現(xiàn),這就使得對軟鍵盤進行優(yōu)化成為了研究者關注的熱點問題。 為了有效的提升漢字輸入的績效,本研究首次開發(fā)設計了基于加粗加黑提示和顏色提示的兩種漢語全拼輸入的提示性軟鍵盤,并采用實證性實驗方法,通過比較非提示性和提示性軟鍵盤的作業(yè)績效和主觀評價,探討了提示性軟鍵盤的操作特點和規(guī)律。 本研究包括兩個部分。第一部分為提示性軟鍵盤的設計和開發(fā),第二部分為提示性軟鍵盤的實證研究。實證研究包括三個實驗,其中,實驗一通過比較非提示性和提示性軟鍵盤的操作績效和主觀評價,驗證提示性軟鍵盤在操作績效和主觀評價上的優(yōu)越性;實驗二是在限時條件下,研究提示性軟鍵盤對漢字輸入績效和主觀評價的影響,實驗三是在實驗二的基礎上,在被試輸入技能較差的情況下,進一步研究輸入技能水平對提示性軟鍵盤漢字輸入績效和主觀評價的影響。 本研究設計了加粗加黑和顏色提示性軟鍵盤,對這兩種提示性軟鍵盤進行實證性實驗,,結果主要有以下兩點: (1)適合漢語全拼輸入的提示性軟鍵盤優(yōu)于非提示性鍵盤,對于輸入技能水平較低的被試,這種優(yōu)越性更為明顯。 (2)加粗加黑與顏色提示性軟鍵盤在用戶績效、主觀評價上都沒有明顯差異。 本研究設計的提示性軟鍵盤可以直接應用在漢語全拼輸入中,為軟鍵盤的設計研發(fā)提供了新的設計思路,具有重要的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:How to improve the performance of text input has always been an important concern of engineering psychology. Text input is an important part of computer operation, and it is one of the main ways for individuals to complete their daily work and leisure and entertainment. People have to spend a lot of time to complete the work and activities related to text input every day. Therefore, It is of great practical significance to improve the performance of text input. In recent years, with the popularity and application of handheld mobile devices (such as smartphones, tablets, etc.), text input based on soft keyboard began to be gradually implemented on touch-screen devices. This makes the optimization of soft keyboard become a hot issue that researchers pay attention to. In order to effectively improve the performance of Chinese character input, two kinds of indicative soft keyboards based on bold black prompt and color prompt are developed and designed for the first time, and the empirical experimental method is adopted. By comparing the job performance and subjective evaluation of non-indicative soft keyboard and indicative soft keyboard, the operation characteristics and laws of indicative soft keyboard are discussed. This study consists of two parts. The first part is the design and development of indicative soft keyboard, and the second part is the empirical study of indicative soft keyboard. The empirical study consists of three experiments. In the first experiment, the advantages of indicative soft keyboard in operational performance and subjective evaluation are verified by comparing the operational performance and subjective evaluation of non-indicative and indicative soft keyboard. The second experiment is to study the influence of indicative soft keyboard on the performance and subjective evaluation of Chinese character input under the condition of limited time. The third experiment is on the basis of experiment 2, when the input skills of the subjects are poor, The influence of input skill level on Chinese character input performance and subjective evaluation of indicative soft keyboard is further studied. In this study, the bold blackening and color indicative soft keyboards are designed, and the empirical experiments are carried out on these two kinds of indicative soft keyboards. The results are as follows: (1) the indicative soft keyboard suitable for Chinese full spelling input is superior to the non-prompt keyboard, and this advantage is more obvious for the subjects with low input skill level. (2) there is no significant difference in user performance and subjective evaluation between rough blackening and color indicative soft keyboard. The indicative soft keyboard designed in this study can be directly applied to Chinese full spelling input, which provides a new design idea for the design and development of soft keyboard, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
