【摘要】：掌上智能終端是個人電腦發(fā)展的最新形態(tài)，已從民用領(lǐng)域迅速擴散到軍用領(lǐng)域。在人與軍用信息技術(shù)關(guān)系、軍用個人計算機技術(shù)發(fā)展和軍用軟件技術(shù)發(fā)展三個方面，掌上智能終端都對軍事信息技術(shù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的影響：其人性化的人機交互方式，促使軍方人員在軍事實踐中更好地吸收民用信息技術(shù)新理念；其減輕了人對傳統(tǒng)個人電腦的依附，使得軍用個人計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展也將進入新的階段；其獨特的應(yīng)用軟件商店模式，激活民間軟件開發(fā)者的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，，推動了軍用軟件技術(shù)的發(fā)展。深度解析外軍將民用掌上智能終端技術(shù)應(yīng)用于軍隊信息化建設(shè)實踐的案例，可以為我軍發(fā)展軍事信息技術(shù)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Handheld intelligent terminal is the latest form of personal computer development, which has spread rapidly from civil field to military field. In the relationship between human and military information technology, the development of military personal computer technology and the development of military software technology, the handheld intelligent terminal has a certain impact on the development of military information technology: its humanized human-computer interaction mode, To promote military personnel to better absorb the new concept of civil information technology in military practice; It reduces the dependence of people on traditional personal computers, and makes the development of military personal computer technology enter a new stage.
