【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)和云計(jì)算環(huán)境下海量增長的數(shù)據(jù)對存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的超高容量和體系結(jié)構(gòu)帶來了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。目前存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨向于大容量、低成本和高性能,然而任何單一的存儲(chǔ)器件如傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械磁盤(HDD)、固態(tài)硬盤(SSD)、非易失型性隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器等由于其固有的物理特性的限制,并不能滿足以上的需求。將不同的存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)混合組合成高效的存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)好的解決方法,固態(tài)硬盤作為一種高可靠性、低能耗、高性能的存儲(chǔ)器被越來越廣泛地運(yùn)用到混合存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)。通過將固態(tài)硬盤與傳統(tǒng)磁盤進(jìn)行組合,利用固態(tài)硬盤的高性能和傳統(tǒng)磁盤低成本大容量的特點(diǎn),能夠?yàn)橛脩籼峁┐笕萘康拇鎯?chǔ)空間,保證系統(tǒng)的高性能,同時(shí)還能降低成本。通過闡述SSD與HDD混合存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,對不同的SSD與HDD混合存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分類總結(jié);然后針對緩存架構(gòu)和設(shè)備同層架構(gòu)這兩種目前最流行的存儲(chǔ)架構(gòu)中涉及到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和不足進(jìn)行討論;最后對基于SSD和HDD的混合存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)進(jìn)行概括總結(jié),并對今后該領(lǐng)域的研究重點(diǎn)和方向進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Big data and the massive growth of data in cloud computing environment bring great challenges to the super-high capacity and architecture of storage system. At present, the development of storage system tends to be large capacity, low cost and high performance. However, any single memory device such as traditional mechanical disk (HDD), solid-state disk (SSD), Because of its inherent physical characteristics, non-volatile random access memory (NRAM) can not meet the above requirements. It is a good solution to combine different storage media into efficient storage system. As a kind of high reliability, low energy consumption and high performance memory, solid-state disk is widely used in hybrid storage system. By combining the solid state disk with the traditional disk, the high performance of the solid state disk and the low cost and large capacity of the traditional disk can be used to provide the users with large storage space, guarantee the high performance of the system, and reduce the cost at the same time. By expounding the research status of SSD and HDD hybrid storage system, the different SSD and HDD hybrid storage systems are classified and summarized. Then, the key technologies and shortcomings of cache architecture and device-layer architecture, which are the two most popular storage architectures at present, are discussed. Finally, the hybrid storage technology based on SSD and HDD is summarized, and the research focus and direction in this field are prospected in the future.
