【摘要】：【目的/意義】個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)質(zhì)量的有效評價(jià)對用戶選擇適合的個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)供應(yīng)商具有重要的參考價(jià)值。【方法/過程】本文在參考已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了用戶體驗(yàn)視角下的個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系。運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算評價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并選擇四個(gè)典型的個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)平臺進(jìn)行評價(jià)�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】研究發(fā)現(xiàn),版本更新、存儲文件的安全性、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性、可靠性、補(bǔ)償性、身份信息和授權(quán)安全、響應(yīng)與傳輸速度、產(chǎn)品品牌實(shí)力、容災(zāi)策略9項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響較大。評價(jià)結(jié)果為個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)供應(yīng)商改進(jìn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供方向,為用戶選擇個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)平臺提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] effective evaluation of the quality of personal cloud storage service has important reference value for users to select suitable individual cloud storage service providers. According to the characteristics of personal cloud storage service, the evaluation system of personal cloud storage service quality is constructed from the perspective of user experience. The weight of evaluation index is calculated by AHP, and four typical personal cloud storage service platforms are selected for evaluation. [results / conclusions] it is found that, version update, storage file security, system stability, reliability, Compensation, identity information and authorization security, response and transmission speed, product brand strength and disaster recovery strategy have great influence on the quality of personal cloud storage service. The evaluation results provide direction for individual cloud storage service providers to improve service quality and provide basis for users to choose personal cloud storage service platform.
