【摘要】：針對雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)對記錄設(shè)備通信帶寬、容量及性能不斷增長的需求,提出了一種基于Flash固態(tài)存儲器設(shè)計(jì)的模塊化平臺管理架構(gòu)。在分析地址管理和狀態(tài)管理的基礎(chǔ)上,通過設(shè)計(jì)一種緩存策略和有效流水記錄方式實(shí)現(xiàn)高訪存帶寬,對比壞塊處理信息形式選擇合理處理方式,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)文件特點(diǎn)提出兩種損耗均衡方法,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了單板256 Gbyte、訪存帶寬600 Mbyte/s的記錄器產(chǎn)品。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的模塊化平臺管理架構(gòu)對Flash存儲器管理的有效性和可靠性有很大提升。
[Abstract]:A modular platform management architecture based on Flash solid-state memory is proposed to meet the increasing demand of communication bandwidth, capacity and performance of radar system for recording equipment. Based on the analysis of address management and state management, a cache policy and an effective pipeline recording method are designed to achieve high memory access bandwidth. According to the characteristics of the system file, two loss equalization methods are proposed, and a single board 256 Gbyte, memory access bandwidth of 600 Mbyte/s recorder is realized. Experimental results show that the modular platform management architecture greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of Flash memory management.
