基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:目前世界各國紛紛將半導(dǎo)體照明技術(shù)作為下一代照明技術(shù)大力發(fā)展。由于發(fā)光二極管(Light Emitting Diode, LED)具有環(huán)保、節(jié)能、壽命長、色彩豐富、顯色指數(shù)高等優(yōu)勢,成為理想的工業(yè)檢測光源。但是由于LED的光電特性不同于傳統(tǒng)光源,因此需要設(shè)計合適的光源控制器。 本論文設(shè)計了基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器:具有四個獨(dú)立可控的通道,,每個通道支持255級調(diào)光,通道亮度通過數(shù)碼管顯示,上位機(jī)通過串口與控制器通信,按照協(xié)議分別發(fā)送調(diào)光、觸發(fā)、打開關(guān)閉通道和讀取通道亮度等命令。系統(tǒng)采用STC89C51作為微處理器。單片機(jī)在收到調(diào)光、觸發(fā)和打開關(guān)閉通道命令之后,會將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換芯片AD7399,之后向上位機(jī)發(fā)送特征字表明數(shù)據(jù)接收正確。芯片將單片發(fā)送的數(shù)字信號轉(zhuǎn)化為模擬信號后,發(fā)送給控制電壓管理芯片LM723,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)外部電壓來調(diào)光。單片機(jī)在收到讀取亮度的命令之后,會按照協(xié)議將所查詢通道的亮度發(fā)送給上位機(jī)。如果單片機(jī)接受數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)問題會向上位機(jī)發(fā)送特征字表明接受錯誤。同時也可以通過操作界面上的按鍵來實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)光,打開關(guān)閉通道等命令,系統(tǒng)同時配有觸發(fā)端口,可以通過外部信號實(shí)現(xiàn)觸發(fā)。系統(tǒng)軟件模擬運(yùn)用Keil uvision2以及proteus聯(lián)合調(diào)試。 系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器,可以對4個通道的LED獨(dú)立調(diào)光觸發(fā),滿足了在工業(yè)檢測等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:At present, semiconductor lighting technology has been developed as the next generation lighting technology all over the world. Because of its advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, long life, rich color and high color index, (Light Emitting Diode, LED) has become an ideal light source for industrial detection. However, the optoelectronic characteristics of LED are different from those of traditional light source, so it is necessary to design a suitable light source controller. In this paper, a multi-channel LED light source controller based on serial communication is designed: there are four independent and controllable channels, each channel supports 255-level dimming, the brightness of the channel is displayed through digital tube, and the upper computer communicates with the controller through serial port. In accordance with the protocol sent dimming, trigger, open closed channel and read channel brightness commands. The system adopts STC89C51 as microprocessor. After receiving the command of dimming, triggering and opening the closed channel, the MCU will send the data to the analog-to-digital conversion chip AD7399, and send the character word to the host computer to show that the data is received correctly. The chip converts the digital signal from a single chip into an analog signal and sends it to the control voltage management chip LM723, to adjust the external voltage to dimming the light. After receiving the command of reading brightness, the singlechip sends the brightness of the inquiry channel to the upper computer according to the protocol. If the single-chip computer data acceptance problems will send to the host computer features to show acceptance error. At the same time, it can also realize dimming by the key on the operation interface, open and close the channel and so on. The system also has the trigger port, which can be triggered by the external signal. System software simulation using Keil uvision2 and proteus joint debugging. The system realizes the multi-channel LED light source controller based on serial port communication, which can independently dimming the light trigger to the LED of four channels, and satisfies the application in the field of industrial detection and so on.
