【摘要】：機(jī)械式硬盤作為計(jì)算機(jī)的二級存儲設(shè)備，一直在電腦存儲設(shè)備市場占據(jù)重要地位。直到上世紀(jì)八十年代，東芝發(fā)明了閃存(固態(tài)硬盤主要零件)后，隨著固態(tài)硬盤技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及機(jī)械式硬盤的新興市場----便攜式電子產(chǎn)品比如智能手機(jī)，平板電腦等對產(chǎn)品更輕，更薄，及抗跌落性能的要求，固態(tài)硬盤逐漸取代了機(jī)械式硬盤的在該類新興市場的壟斷地位；隨著固態(tài)硬盤存儲技術(shù)的發(fā)展，云計(jì)算，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起，固態(tài)硬盤將進(jìn)一步蠶食傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式硬盤的市場。 APT公司作為機(jī)械式硬盤的零配件供應(yīng)商，面臨著市場需求減少，產(chǎn)品銷售價格下降，原材料成本增加，人力成本上升的各種壓力。APT現(xiàn)在面臨戰(zhàn)略抉擇:是繼續(xù)停留在機(jī)械式硬盤供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)袌�，并通過降低成本等各種方式來維持成本領(lǐng)先，，驅(qū)逐其他的競爭對手；還是通過技術(shù)革新來實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)型，跟上技術(shù)的發(fā)展，繼續(xù)作為數(shù)據(jù)存儲的主流供應(yīng)商而存在；或者兩者同時抓，通過保持傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式硬盤市場贏得的利潤來做出技術(shù)革新進(jìn)入新興固態(tài)硬盤市場。 本文通過企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理研究，對APT公司所處的外部環(huán)境做了PEST，五力模型分析，得出企業(yè)所處的市場機(jī)會與市場威脅，得出企業(yè)現(xiàn)有戰(zhàn)略與外部環(huán)境不匹配，需要實(shí)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型；然后通過對企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境作了分析，探討了公司所擁有的資源和能力，得出企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢；并作出企業(yè)有能力實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的結(jié)論；最后通過對戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)施手段和實(shí)施保證的研究，確保企業(yè)能成功實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型。 本文希望能夠?qū)γ媾R同樣問題的企業(yè)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Mechanical hard disks, as secondary storage devices for computers, have been playing an important role in the computer storage market. Until the 1980s, when Toshiba invented flash memory (the main part of solid-state disk), along with the development of solid-state disk technology and the emerging market of mechanical hard disks, portable electronic products such as smartphones, flat With the development of solid-state hard disk storage technology, cloud computing and the rise of Internet of Things, solid-state hard disk will further encroach on the market of traditional mechanical hard disk.
APT, as a supplier of spare parts for mechanical hard disks, is facing various pressures such as reduced market demand, lower product sales prices, higher raw material costs and higher labor costs. To compete with other competitors, to transform products through technological innovation, to keep up with technological development, and to continue to exist as the mainstream supplier of data storage; or both, to make technological innovations into the emerging solid-state disk market by maintaining the profits earned by the traditional mechanical hard disk market.
Through the study of enterprise strategic management, this paper analyzes the external environment of APT company by PEST and Five Force Model, concludes that the market opportunity and market threat of APT company, and concludes that the enterprise's existing strategy does not match the external environment, and needs to carry out strategic transformation; and then through the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise, discusses the company's own. Finally, through the study of the implementation means and implementation guarantee of the strategic transformation, we can ensure that the enterprise can successfully achieve the transformation.
This article hopes to provide some reference for enterprises that are facing the same problem.
