基于DSP的嵌入式石油測(cè)井系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the concept of the Internet of Things, its use has been expanding, and now it has been widely used in industrial detection, building control system, home intelligent equipment, mobile terminals, video surveillance system and railway surveillance system and other fields. The principle of the Internet of Things can also be used in the design of logging system. According to the design concept of the Internet of Things, the logging system can be divided into three parts: downhole data acquisition and transmission system (slave computer), ground data transmission and detection system (upper computer), data monitoring center (server).
The slave computer is composed of two modules: data acquisition and data transmission. Data acquisition is carried out by the cooperation of various sensors and AD modules required by logging. Data transmission is to send the collected data out by using CAN bus. The server can receive data transmitted by multiple slave computers and complete data analysis and management. The main function of the upper computer is to receive the data of the lower computer through CAN bus, and then pack the data and transmit it to the server through TCP/IP protocol.
This paper mainly introduces the whole frame of the system and the realization of the host computer.The design of the hardware circuit of the host computer mainly includes the minimum system of TMS320F2812, CAN communication module, Ethernet communication module, electronic disk storage module and so on.The system transplants the real-time operating system of Mu C/OS-II on the chip of TMS320F2812 and realizes on this basis. The coordination between various functional modules such as Ethernet protocol stack, FAT file system, CAN communication and so on.
