云計(jì)算視角下企業(yè)協(xié)同知識(shí)管理研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來使得知識(shí)成為企業(yè)核心競爭力必不可少的組成部分。知識(shí)正逐步成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的決定性生產(chǎn)要素。在當(dāng)前及未來的環(huán)境條件下,企業(yè)管理,尤其是高科技企業(yè)管理,在本質(zhì)上就是知識(shí)管理。知識(shí)存在于企業(yè)的各個(gè)分系統(tǒng)和子系統(tǒng)中,使得企業(yè)的知識(shí)體系變得異常復(fù)雜。目前企業(yè)的知識(shí)管理仍然存在一些問題,如知識(shí)資源部門化、知識(shí)不能高度共享、隱性知識(shí)不能有效轉(zhuǎn)化、體制性障礙約束知識(shí)重用度和傳統(tǒng)組織機(jī)構(gòu)形式不利于實(shí)施知識(shí)管理。作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的共享新興模式的云計(jì)算能夠有效地輔助解決這些問題。與傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)相比,云計(jì)算能夠更好的存儲(chǔ)和處理非結(jié)構(gòu)化的知識(shí)數(shù)據(jù)。云計(jì)算能夠?yàn)橹R(shí)資源的管理提供一個(gè)良好的管理平臺(tái),,降低知識(shí)管理者的工作復(fù)雜度,提高知識(shí)管理的效率,更大程度的實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)共享,并實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同知識(shí)管理。論文對企業(yè)協(xié)同知識(shí)流進(jìn)行了分析,建立了知識(shí)智能推送模型;通過對企業(yè)協(xié)同知識(shí)流的分析,從知識(shí)源、協(xié)同知識(shí)管理交互云平臺(tái)、企業(yè)云知識(shí)庫和企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程這四個(gè)部分給出了協(xié)同知識(shí)管理的邏輯框架,并從支撐層、業(yè)務(wù)層、表示層、分析層和應(yīng)用層這幾個(gè)方面對協(xié)同知識(shí)管理的邏輯框架進(jìn)行了分層描述;提出一種基于知識(shí)流的FHG科技公司的協(xié)同知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的總體框架。相對于其他企業(yè)協(xié)同知識(shí)管理研究,論文有以下兩個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):(1)構(gòu)建了基于知識(shí)流的協(xié)同知識(shí)管理云框架,并分層描述了該框架;(2)構(gòu)建了FHG科技公司基于知識(shí)流的協(xié)同知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)總體框架。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes an indispensable part of the core competence of enterprises. Knowledge is gradually becoming the decisive factor of social economic operation. In the present and future environment, enterprise management, especially high-tech enterprise management, is essentially knowledge management. Knowledge exists in every subsystem and subsystem of enterprise, which makes the knowledge system of enterprise become very complex. At present, there are still some problems in the knowledge management of enterprises, such as the division of knowledge resources, the inability to share knowledge highly, and the inability to transform tacit knowledge effectively. Institutional barriers constrain the degree of knowledge reuse and traditional organizational forms are not conducive to the implementation of knowledge management. Cloud computing, as a new model of network resource sharing, can effectively help solve these problems. Compared with traditional technology, cloud computing can better store and process unstructured knowledge data. Cloud computing can provide a good management platform for the management of knowledge resources, reduce the work complexity of knowledge managers, improve the efficiency of knowledge management, achieve greater knowledge sharing, and achieve collaborative knowledge management. This paper analyzes the enterprise collaborative knowledge flow, establishes the knowledge intelligence push model, through the enterprise collaborative knowledge flow analysis, from the knowledge source, collaborative knowledge management interaction cloud platform, The four parts of enterprise cloud knowledge base and enterprise business process give the logical framework of collaborative knowledge management, and from the support layer, business layer, presentation layer, The logical framework of collaborative knowledge management is described hierarchically in analysis layer and application layer, and a general framework of collaborative knowledge management system of FHG technology company based on knowledge flow is proposed. Compared with other enterprise collaborative knowledge management research, this paper has the following two innovations: (1) A knowledge flow-based collaborative knowledge management cloud framework is constructed, and the framework is described hierarchically; (2) the framework of collaborative knowledge management system based on knowledge flow in FHG Technology Company is constructed.
