云計算中SLA管理框架研究

【摘要】:在計算機軟硬技術的飛速發(fā)展下,計算模型進行了不斷演化,繼分布式計算、并行計算和網(wǎng)格計算等模型之后,計算機工業(yè)界與學術界提出了云計算模型。它是一個革命性的舉措,意味著計算能力也可以作為一種商品進行流通,就像煤氣、水電一樣,取用方便,費用低廉。不同之處在于它通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將超大規(guī)模的計算存儲資源整合起來,形成一個虛擬的計算資源池,并以服務的形式按需提供給用戶。云計算帶來的服務整合與按需供給能夠顯著提高計算資源的利用率,降低資源的能耗量,并且有效屏蔽計算資源的出錯問題。 由于云計算環(huán)境中存在著一系列隱患,如可用性和性能保障,安全性,隱私等等,如何保證云提供商所提供服務質量滿足云消費者的需求是目前云計算面臨的一個重要問題。服務等級協(xié)議(Service Level Agreement,SLA)將成為確保服務提供商和服務消費者雙方利益得到保證一個關鍵因素。本文結合云計算環(huán)境,提出了一種云計算中SLA管理框架。主要工作分為以下四個方面: 首先,本文歸納了云計算領域當前的現(xiàn)狀,分析了云計算與SLA結合的重要性和必然趨勢,提出了云計算中SLA管理框架。 其次,分析了云服務消費者和云服務提供商之間的SLA的協(xié)商生成過程,將該過程分成SLA預協(xié)商和SLA協(xié)商兩個階段,分別采用預協(xié)商文檔和SLA協(xié)商模板來進行協(xié)商,提高了SLA協(xié)商的效率。 然后,,提出了云計算中資源度量到SLA參數(shù)度量的映射結構,并為了預防SLA違例,設計了基于CBR的QoS知識庫,儲存SLA違例數(shù)據(jù)以及與其關聯(lián)的解決方案,采用已有案例的解決方案來預防SLA違例。 最后,在Hadoop平臺上,部署實現(xiàn)了云計算環(huán)境中SLA管理框架原型系統(tǒng),并將軟件可信評估應用其中,驗證該框架方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer soft and hard technology, computing models have been evolving. After distributed computing, parallel computing and grid computing, cloud computing models have been proposed by computer industry and academia. It is a revolutionary move, meaning that computing power can also be circulated as a commodity, as easy to access and inexpensive as gas and hydropower. The difference is that it integrates large scale computing storage resources through the Internet, forms a virtual computing resource pool, and provides it to users on demand in the form of services. The service integration and on-demand supply brought by cloud computing can significantly improve the utilization of computing resources, reduce the energy consumption of resources, and effectively shield the error problem of computing resources. Due to a series of hidden dangers in cloud computing environment, such as availability and performance guarantee, security, privacy and so on, how to ensure the quality of service provided by cloud providers to meet the needs of cloud consumers is an important problem cloud computing is facing. Service level agreements (SLAs) will be a key factor to ensure that the interests of both service providers and service consumers are guaranteed. Combined with cloud computing environment, this paper proposes a SLA management framework in cloud computing. The main work is divided into the following four aspects: firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of cloud computing, analyzes the importance and inevitable trend of the combination of cloud computing and SLA, and puts forward the SLA management framework in cloud computing. Secondly, the negotiation generation process between cloud service consumers and cloud service providers is analyzed. The process is divided into two stages: SLA pre-negotiation and SLA negotiation, which are negotiated by pre-negotiation document and SLA negotiation template, respectively. It improves the efficiency of SLA negotiation. Then, the mapping structure from resource metrics to SLA parameter metrics in cloud computing is proposed. In order to prevent SLA violations, a CBR-based QoS knowledge base is designed to store SLA violation data and its associated solutions. Use existing case-based solutions to prevent SLA violations. Finally, the SLA management framework prototype system in cloud computing environment is implemented on Hadoop platform, and the software trusted evaluation is applied to verify the feasibility of the framework.
