【摘要】：正如何實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化的管理,如何做出最正確的決策,在傳統(tǒng)管理運(yùn)籌學(xué)的研究模式下,必然依據(jù)大量的假設(shè)及預(yù)判,用人為的方式摒棄了不確定性因素。但面對(duì)復(fù)雜巨系統(tǒng),當(dāng)引入不確定性、非線性等因素后,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)籌管理和智能計(jì)算的優(yōu)化發(fā)展,將成為極具前沿的關(guān)鍵課題。在2015復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程理論方法及實(shí)踐學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的第三分論壇管理運(yùn)籌和智能運(yùn)算上,專家學(xué)者對(duì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行探索,對(duì)新型研究模式進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,對(duì)最新研究理念進(jìn)行分享。在
