基于IROM啟動(dòng)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件便捷燒寫方法研究

【摘要】:嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)過程中涉及到的一個(gè)很重要的問題就是“鏡像文件燒寫”,鏡像文件的燒寫方案直接關(guān)系到嵌入式設(shè)備的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)效率。目前國(guó)內(nèi)很多嵌入式設(shè)備廠商的生產(chǎn)模式都是沿用嵌入式開發(fā)板提供的燒寫方案,生產(chǎn)效率比較低下。 本文針對(duì)嵌入式產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線上對(duì)鏡像文件燒寫的特殊需求,根據(jù)嵌入式處理器IROM啟動(dòng)的特性,探討了基于IROM啟動(dòng)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件便捷燒寫方法的設(shè)計(jì),并具體實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)鏡像文件的“一鍵燒寫”——只需選擇“一鍵燒寫”菜單項(xiàng)或執(zhí)行“一鍵燒寫”命令即可自動(dòng)完成所有鏡像文件的燒寫,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)鏡像文件的自動(dòng)燒寫——嵌入式系統(tǒng)上電后便自動(dòng)讀取鏡像文件并自動(dòng)完成所有鏡像文件的燒寫任務(wù)。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下: 1.闡述了嵌入式系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及完成燒寫功能的Bootloader的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論;研究了嵌入式處理器的啟動(dòng)方式,并對(duì)嵌入式處理器的IROM啟動(dòng)方式做了詳細(xì)的分析; 2.研究了嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件及其燒寫,分析了當(dāng)前嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件的燒寫機(jī)制,并提出了嵌入式鏡像文件燒寫的“自主燒寫”和“代理燒寫”的概念,詳細(xì)對(duì)比了當(dāng)前“自主燒寫”中存在的各種燒寫方法; 3.設(shè)計(jì)了基于IROM啟動(dòng)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件快捷燒寫方法,并基于S3C6410處理器和U-Boot,利用SD卡啟動(dòng)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了IROM啟動(dòng)下的嵌入式系統(tǒng)鏡像文件的“一鍵燒寫”和“自動(dòng)燒寫”。 實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的“一鍵燒寫”和“自動(dòng)燒寫”方法,操作方便、省事、速度快、成本低,只要“一鍵”或者自動(dòng)就能完成全部鏡像文件的燒寫。特別適用于嵌入式設(shè)備的大規(guī)模量產(chǎn)階段。
[Abstract]:In the development of embedded system, a very important problem involved in the process of production is "image file burning". The burning and writing scheme of image file is directly related to the development and production efficiency of embedded equipment. At present, the production mode of many embedded equipment manufacturers is based on the burning scheme provided by embedded development board, and the production efficiency is relatively low. Aiming at the special requirement of image file burning in embedded product line, according to the characteristic of embedded processor IROM, this paper discusses the design of embedded system image file burning method based on IROM boot. And realized the mirror image file "one key burn write"-just select "one key burn write" menu item or execute "one key burn write" command can automatically complete all the image file burn, The image file can be automatically burned-the embedded system can automatically read the image file and finish all the image writing tasks automatically after the embedded system is powered on. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper expounds the development of embedded system and the basic theory of bootloader, studies the startup mode of embedded processor, and makes a detailed analysis of the IROM boot mode of embedded processor. 2. This paper studies the embedded system mirror file and its writing, analyzes the burning mechanism of the embedded system image file, and puts forward the concepts of "autonomous writing" and "proxy writing" of the embedded image file burning and writing. In this paper, various writing methods are compared in detail. 3. This paper designs a fast writing method of embedded system image files based on IROM, and based on S3C6410 processor and U-Boot. using SD card startup mechanism, the embedded system image files under IROM boot are realized by "one key burn" and "automatic writing". It is proved by experiments that the methods of "one key writing" and "automatic writing" are easy to operate, fast and low cost. As long as "one key" or automatic writing can complete the burning and writing of all the mirroring files. It is especially suitable for mass production stage of embedded equipment.
