【摘要】：LED打印機(jī)是一種近些年逐漸流行起來的電子照相式打印機(jī)，它具有打印速度更快、安全可靠性更高、成像效果更加清晰、體積更小以及更加節(jié)能環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，十分適合在商務(wù)辦公或日常生活中使用。 本文介紹了LED打印機(jī)所具有的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)，介紹了LED打印機(jī)的機(jī)械構(gòu)造和工作原理。通過對(duì)LED打印頭的研究分析，利用一顆DDR2SDRAM大容量?jī)?nèi)存顆粒作為打印數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器件，設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于單顆大容量存儲(chǔ)器件的打印機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方案；基于NiosII軟核處理器，給出了打印機(jī)主控制器的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套合理優(yōu)化的打印工作控制流程。 實(shí)現(xiàn)的打印機(jī)主控板，成功滿足了LED打印機(jī)的性能指標(biāo)要求，并成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)打印頭的控制。
[Abstract]:Led printer is a kind of electronic photographic printer which is becoming more popular in recent years. It has the advantages of faster printing speed, higher safety and reliability, clearer imaging effect, smaller size and more energy saving and environmental protection. Very suitable for business office or daily life. This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of LED printer, and introduces the mechanical structure and working principle of LED printer. Through the research and analysis of LED print head, a printer data storage scheme based on single large capacity memory device is designed by using a DDR2 SDRAM mass memory particle as print data storage device, and a Nios II soft core processor is designed. The hardware and software design of the printer main controller is given, and a set of reasonable and optimized printing work control flow is realized. The main control board of the printer successfully meets the performance requirements of LED printer and realizes the control of print head successfully.
