深空探測(cè)應(yīng)用中的高速數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:深空探測(cè)是人類(lèi)了解宇宙的重要方式,其產(chǎn)生的探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)需要高速實(shí)時(shí)的存儲(chǔ)以便作為后續(xù)各類(lèi)研究的依據(jù),因此就對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸速度、存儲(chǔ)速度、存儲(chǔ)容量以及存儲(chǔ)可靠性等方面提出了更高的要求。串行高級(jí)技術(shù)附件SATA作為新一代磁盤(pán)接口總線,具有探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)所需的多項(xiàng)突出的功能以及特性。 本論文詳細(xì)介紹并分析了SATA協(xié)議中與設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)的內(nèi)容,具體劃分為四個(gè)層次,,然后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果構(gòu)建了SATA硬盤(pán)主機(jī)控制器的層次結(jié)構(gòu),并且進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行Verilog編程,然后對(duì)所有模塊進(jìn)行ModelSim仿真,最后在Xilinx ML507開(kāi)發(fā)板上進(jìn)行相關(guān)調(diào)試以及設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證。最終測(cè)試表明,本論文設(shè)計(jì)的基于Xilinx FPGA的SATA硬盤(pán)主機(jī)控制器滿(mǎn)足SATA協(xié)議需求,并且具有使用方便、集成度高、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使開(kāi)發(fā)變得方便快捷,更能夠適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求。 目前SATA已在存儲(chǔ)領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用,但國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立研發(fā)面向FPGA的SATA硬盤(pán)主機(jī)控制器的機(jī)構(gòu)很少,因此,設(shè)計(jì)面向FPGA應(yīng)用的SATA硬盤(pán)主機(jī)控制器具有重要的意義,使得用戶(hù)能夠繞開(kāi)復(fù)雜而繁瑣的SATA協(xié)議,通過(guò)控制相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的接口信號(hào)就能讀寫(xiě)SATA硬盤(pán),為深空探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)奠定了基礎(chǔ),具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Deep space exploration is an important way for human beings to understand the universe. The data generated by it needs to be stored at high speed and in real time in order to serve as the basis for all kinds of subsequent studies. Storage capacity and storage reliability and other aspects put forward higher requirements. As a new generation of disk interface bus, serial advanced technology attachment SATA has many outstanding functions and characteristics needed to detect data. This paper introduces and analyzes the content related to the design of SATA protocol in detail. It is divided into four levels, and then the hierarchical structure of SATA hard disk host controller is constructed according to the analysis results, and the detailed design is carried out. On this basis, every module is programmed by Verilog, then all modules are simulated by ModelSim. Finally, the relevant debugging and design verification are carried out on the development board of Xilinx ML507. The final test shows that the SATA harddisk host controller based on Xilinx FPGA meets the requirements of SATA protocol, and has the advantages of convenient use, high integration, low cost and so on. At present, SATA has been widely used in the field of storage, but there are few mechanisms for independent research and development of FPGA oriented SATA hard disk host controller in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a FPGA oriented SATA hard disk host controller. It enables users to bypass the complicated and cumbersome SATA protocol, and can read and write SATA hard disk by controlling relatively simple interface signals, which lays the foundation for the storage of deep space detection data, and has certain engineering application value.
