【摘要】:電力行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和人民生活的基礎(chǔ)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)。近年來(lái),我國(guó)電力行業(yè)也有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。但隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,用電量劇增,傳統(tǒng)的人工抄表收費(fèi)方式已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)代化電力管理的要求。在電能使用量大幅度增加的情況下,電力公司對(duì)電能數(shù)據(jù)的及時(shí)采集與分析工作遇到了日益嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn),已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前電力公司急需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。 本文針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的速度快,芯片體積更小、功能更強(qiáng),并且具有簡(jiǎn)單、高效、易于升級(jí)的特點(diǎn),采用現(xiàn)代的嵌入式技術(shù)來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)手持式自動(dòng)抄表系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)具備快速讀取用戶(hù)電表內(nèi)的電能數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行快速數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)上傳的功能,能夠方便抄表員采集電能數(shù)據(jù),做到數(shù)據(jù)采集高效、無(wú)誤、完整的特點(diǎn)。本文完成的主要研究工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)手持式自動(dòng)抄表系統(tǒng)的功能要求,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外嵌入式技術(shù)和案例的分析、研究之后,完成了一種以STM32F103ZET6芯片為核心,具有多種外部存儲(chǔ)器設(shè)備、紅外通信設(shè)備、USB設(shè)備和以太網(wǎng)設(shè)備為一體的手持式自動(dòng)抄表系統(tǒng)。 (2)基于系統(tǒng)要求具有便攜、快速、穩(wěn)定和完整等特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)嵌入式系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)要求、以及各個(gè)功能模塊的軟件驅(qū)動(dòng)要求,設(shè)計(jì)完成了具體功能設(shè)計(jì)的程序流程,并在流程的基礎(chǔ)上完成軟件控制程序的編寫(xiě)。對(duì)于紅外通信模塊,主要完成了基于紅外通信規(guī)約規(guī)范的數(shù)據(jù)抄寫(xiě)功能;對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)模塊,主要完成數(shù)據(jù)在各個(gè)存儲(chǔ)器上的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)功能;對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)上傳模塊,分別完成了通過(guò)USB和以太網(wǎng)兩種方式進(jìn)行抄表系統(tǒng)與上位機(jī)之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信。 (3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件進(jìn)行了聯(lián)合調(diào)試,結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)樣機(jī)的各項(xiàng)功能基本達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案的要求。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry has become the basic energy industry of national economy and people's life. In recent years, the electric power industry of our country also has the development by leaps and bounds. But with the development of our country's economy and society, the electricity consumption is increasing dramatically, the traditional manual meter reading and charging method can not meet the demand of modern electric power management. With the large increase of electric energy usage, the timely acquisition and analysis of electric energy data by power companies has met with increasingly serious challenges, which has become one of the key problems that power companies urgently need to solve. Aiming at the above problems, based on the high speed of embedded system, smaller chip size, stronger function, simple, efficient and easy to upgrade, this paper uses modern embedded technology to design the hand-held automatic meter reading system. The system has the function of reading the electric energy data of the user meter, processing and uploading the data quickly, which can make it convenient for the meter reader to collect the electric energy data, so that the data collection is efficient, correct and complete. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) according to the functional requirements of the design of the hand-held automatic meter reading system, after analyzing the embedded technology and cases at home and abroad, a kind of STM32F103ZET6 chip as the core, with a variety of external memory devices, is completed. Infrared communication equipment USB equipment and Ethernet equipment as one of the hand-held automatic meter reading system. Based on the characteristics of portable, fast, stable and complete system, and according to the hardware design requirements of embedded system and the software driving requirements of each functional module, the program flow of specific function design is designed and completed. And on the basis of the process to complete the preparation of software control programs. For the infrared communication module, the data copying function based on the infrared communication protocol specification is mainly completed; the data storage module mainly completes the data storage function on each memory; the data upload module, The data communication between the meter reading system and the host computer is accomplished by USB and Ethernet respectively. 3) the hardware and software of the system are debugged jointly. The results show that the functions of the system prototype basically meet the requirements of the system design scheme.
