【摘要】：為了加強政府對木材供應鏈的監(jiān)管,幫助企業(yè)提高木制品國際市場競爭力,基于AT89C2051單片機設(shè)計了木材供應鏈管理手持機,使用了AT24C16芯片的IC卡作為供應鏈追蹤卡,手持機能夠向IC卡寫入供應鏈日志及GPS時間、經(jīng)緯度,幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)原材料的溯源,加強木制品品質(zhì)的管控,并且對林業(yè)執(zhí)法過程進行有效的監(jiān)督。同時設(shè)計了基于MD5加密的改良算法,使篡改和偽造追蹤卡具有較大的技術(shù)難度。該項設(shè)計能夠阻斷非法木材進入供應鏈,保護森林資源,實現(xiàn)林業(yè)經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the government's supervision of wood supply chain and help enterprises to improve the competitiveness of international market of wood products, a wood supply chain management handset based on AT89C2051 microcontroller is designed, and the IC card of AT24C16 chip is used as the supply chain tracking card. The handset can write the supply chain log and GPS time, latitude and longitude to IC card, help enterprises to trace raw materials, strengthen the quality control of wood products, and supervise the forestry law enforcement process effectively. At the same time, an improved algorithm based on MD5 encryption is designed, which makes tampering and forgery tracking card more difficult. This design can prevent illegal timber from entering supply chain, protect forest resources and realize sustainable growth of forestry economy.
