【摘要】：湖南省氣象局依托國家超級計算長沙中心,建立了我省第一個遠(yuǎn)程高性能計算終端用戶.針對遠(yuǎn)程環(huán)境的搭建,首先分析了湖南省氣象局在高性能計算方面的需求,然后從省級氣象部門業(yè)務(wù)計算需求出發(fā),重點闡述了以高性能計算機集群"天河一號"為計算資源的遠(yuǎn)程計算環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)以及主要技術(shù)路線與方法.考慮到遠(yuǎn)程高性能強大的計算能力和省級氣象部門作業(yè)提交的復(fù)雜需求,又進一步設(shè)計了湖南省遠(yuǎn)程高性能任務(wù)調(diào)度的系統(tǒng)流程以及保障遠(yuǎn)程計算環(huán)境高速穩(wěn)定的多層面方案.最后也給出了高分辨率中小尺度WRF模式在該環(huán)境下運行的實際情況,計算速度改善非常明顯.
[Abstract]:Relying on the national super-computing Changsha Center, Hunan Meteorological Bureau established the first long-range high-performance computing end user in our province. Aiming at the construction of remote environment, this paper first analyzes the demand of Hunan Meteorological Bureau for high performance calculation, and then starts from the operational requirement of provincial meteorological department. The system architecture, main technical route and method of remote computing environment with high performance computer cluster "Tianhe No. 1" as computing resource are expounded in this paper. Considering the powerful computing power of remote and high performance and the complex requirement of provincial meteorological department job submission, the system flow of remote high performance task scheduling in Hunan Province and the multi-level scheme to guarantee the high speed and stability of remote computing environment are further designed. Finally, the actual operation of the high resolution mesoscale WRF model in this environment is also given, and the computational speed is greatly improved.
