【摘要】：目的研究市場上現(xiàn)有的民用機(jī)箱,以此為參照對象進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,從而改良現(xiàn)有電腦機(jī)箱空間浪費(fèi)和不能自選配置的問題,同時(shí)增強(qiáng)消費(fèi)者的購買欲。方法對機(jī)箱進(jìn)行TRIZ理論分析,找出機(jī)箱設(shè)計(jì)沖突,如機(jī)箱空間浪費(fèi)和用戶不能自主配置的問題。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的沖突,在TRIZ理論中找出對應(yīng)的3個(gè)解決原理,分別為分割原理、動(dòng)態(tài)化原理、拋棄與修復(fù)原理,用以解決電腦機(jī)箱存在的問題。結(jié)論通過運(yùn)用TRIZ理論,提出舍棄被用戶淘汰不用的組件位置,分割機(jī)箱功能組件,從而使機(jī)箱模塊化、動(dòng)態(tài)化的改進(jìn)方案,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)出一款可拆卸拼裝、利于維修、滿足用戶需求的創(chuàng)新型機(jī)箱。在節(jié)省機(jī)箱空間的前提下,改變傳統(tǒng)機(jī)箱在拼裝后固有的靜止?fàn)顟B(tài),使機(jī)箱實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊化、動(dòng)態(tài)化的自主拼裝。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the existing civil chassis in the market and innovate with it as a reference, so as to improve the waste of computer box space and the problem of not being able to choose and configure it, and at the same time, to strengthen the consumer's desire to buy. Methods the TRIZ theory of the chassis was analyzed to find out the conflicts in the design of the chassis, such as the waste of the chassis space and the problem that the user could not configure himself. According to the existing conflicts, the corresponding three principles are found out in the TRIZ theory, namely, the partition principle, the dynamic principle, the abandonment principle and the repair principle, which are used to solve the problems existing in the computer case. Conclusion by using the theory of TRIZ, this paper puts forward an improved scheme, which is to discard the position of components eliminated by users and to divide the functional components of the chassis, so as to make the chassis modular and dynamic. At the same time, a detachable assembly is designed, which is beneficial to maintenance. Innovative chassis to meet the needs of users. On the premise of saving the space of the chassis, the inherent static state of the traditional chassis is changed, and the modular and dynamic self-assembly of the chassis is realized.
